Zips Car Wash

I’m from Texas traveling to see family and I stopped in at zips car wash and Carlos was awesome great attitude. He was upfront and honest with me when I asked a bunch of questions he was patient. I ended up getting a membership thanks Carlos Definitely appreciate it. I own my own business and I would definitely hire him to run any of my stores very professional. I’ll be back for sure.

The one on MacArthur and reno great staff. Vacuum not to great . But the one on 27th and Classen one staff member short older guy is the Laziest worker on the team. Won't rise the car before going in to the wash sends the other workers to do the work didn't put out the towels we had to look for those supplies. At 45$ a month the least you could do is make sure what is included in the monthly service is being provided. On time . This was about 930am they open at 8am he also had an Attitude as if we were inconvenience in him for asking. NW. 27TH AND CLASSEN. Do better like your job.

Carlos was very helpful with explaining all of the different tiers of monthly car wash options and how they work and what to do if I would like to cancel

This place has a lot of potential I believe new hire training should be put in place by a person that is qualified today so on maybe a corporate type level but trains how to pre-wash the correct way not for swipes on the front I swipe on each mirror and for squats on the back there's a guy there named Trey that basically will pre-wash your whole car that alone him alone is why the five star ratings come through

I have been coming here for years and l am amazed by the new staff! They are very friendly and Tyler is very helpful! I recommend this location! he made my day yesterday!

Even though they said they weren’t supposed to spray my wheel wells they did it in generosity amazing service

Their staff is so much better now. Tyler is very nice and will go above and beyond! I asked him if he can make sure to get the bugs off my front bumper and he took his time spraying them off before I went through the wash!

As an Uber driver, it is important for me to keep my car clean and looking nice. Curtis was amazing. Extremely friendly and not at all pushy about the services. I liked it so much that I opted for the unlimited membership. The hours suit my needs exactly.

Zips has been my go to for car washes since a long time!! Love the place. Plus the free vacuum options is amazing. Now my friend also works there Raven which is even amazing. Always glad to go back there!! Go check them out on Reno and MacArthur!

Works great, some of the vacuum hoses were clogged. Highly recommend car wash in the area.

Usually I go to the zips in Norman but tried this location out today and the manager that was out front Tyler helped me get signed up for a membership and was very welcoming and friendly. Had a great experience!! Highly recommend.

My last experience here was May and I swore not to come back. I was in a rush and forgot and came through. I thought they must be under new ownership because it's night and day. Tyler really shocked me at how friendly and helpful he was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM NOW.

I visited the Zips on S MacArthur and W Reno. I had a small issue with the car wash but Kuinlnn was available and very helpful! He knew exactly how to resolve the problem and made me smile in the process. It was a cold day but he had a great attitude about doing his job well. Great experience because he was there!

Chris is very knowledgeable, courteous and hard working. Helped us get everything we needed taken care of. Clean happy car too😃

The vacuums are arguably the most important part of any automated car wash and these are incredible!! I have thick curly hair and 3 cats, so I'm used to having hair on everything. The vacuums here made it almost easy to get out! They also provide towels for drying and any spot cleaning you would need inside. They have a monthly subscription plan too, and Chris Holmes made it incredibly easy to sign up when I came through. Definitely recommend!

the manager was helpful in starting my membership. The car wash itself is a drive through, they offer individual stalls with vacuums and clean towels

Love the wash. Keeps car shiny for days! Their products protect the car from getting dirty so quick. Quick and looks great.
