Issiah was very helpful. He has always been helpful for my family and friends. He is always always ready to help whether over the phone or in person. I recommend him and is store for anyone at anytime. They are always willing to help no matter what the problem is.

I’ve been with Verizon for a few years and the most helpful employee I’ve ever had is Issiah, I was recently having problems with my phone and it was past fixing so I decided to go in the store and get a new one. NOBODY has made it easier for me than Isaiah! This man gave me his cell number incase I had any problems because I’ve had multiple issues with tech support…. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my plan and my payment and really explained everything to me, WHILE he had a store full of customers and was the only person working! I’m not giving Verizon in sallisaw 5stars, I’m giving Issiah 5stars.

Bryan and the other associates helped me and my family get all our phones, watches, and accessories set up. They went over and beyond for us! They was extremely busy and handle the crowd very professionally. All around we had a great experience!

SO FAR SO GOOD WISH MY BILLS WERE CHEAPER

The customer friendly service was Awesome. I was there to pay my mobile bill, however I brought inside with me a Samsung tablet that my daughter sent to me and I ask the kind lady if she would mine helping me. She was very kind took it and within 4 mins top had me all setup for my use and explained to me how to connect again later after I used it. I paid my bill and thanked her joyously.

Thank goodness for Russel Cellulars Staff, In this case Alayna she not only helped with my husband's upgrade and syncing to the Bluetooth in the car, she helped me to save about 50.00$ a month with a new.data plan. Very professional and courteous.

The employee Matt is a damn good employee he cares about the customers goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied my wife and I was seriously thinking about switching phone companies until we met mat bc of him we are choosing to stay with Verizon he works at Russell wireless in Sallisaw Oklahoma
