I bought an AT&T prepaid plan online and got a really great deal. I went into the AT&T store in Sallisaw to pick up my new SIM card and was immediately greeted by Madison. She helped me throughout the whole process and made my experience an easy and pleasurable one.

I highly recommend AT&T and especially Madison, the authorized agent at the Sallisaw store.

Brittany took care of a million things for me today. I was in there for a while but the amount of things that she got done was impressive. Before today I would’ve said it was impossible! This girl is amazing. Really! I could not be more happy with my service today. Not to mention my new phone and the added layers of security she provided for me to make me feel safe. All-around awesome customer service experience. The manager introduced himself as Austin and was very professional and welcoming while his agents Meghan and Sidney were extremely kind and patient while answering all of my questions and leading me to the perfect products and plan to fit my needs. You could tell that everyone genuinely wanted to help and I left a happy camper with some new gadgets! Overall very impressed and will definitely be recommending to

Went into the Sallisaw store to shop for a new phone, and I will tell ya. Perfect customer service from the time I entered, till I left. My rep Sydney was amazing, Very knowledgeable , professional and showed crazy patience with me. Not to mention their Air conditioning was broken, and it was super hot inside. AT&T should have Sydney and her crew demonstrate to all shops how customer service should be.

I went to get a new phone and Megan who was the only one working at the time helped me pick out a phone...get everything put back on my phone and also help me learn some of the features...all the while helping EVERYONE that came in! And she was very polite and courteous to everyone! Definite 5 stars for Megan!!!

Manager Mike gave great service and transfered my pics and contacts. Offered a phone for 175.00. Very pleased with purchase and service. Have used this store three times in last year. Dog ater phone, and drove over phone. Why I buy least costly phones.Good job Mike.

My husband and I went to the AT&T store in Sallisaw, OK, we were moving our phones from another cellphone place to AT&T. We arrived about 1pm and Karissa waited on us. We could not get our phones switched over from the company that we were with. Karissa worked with us about 2 hrs. and we still could not get our new phones. We went to lunch for about 30 minutes and we came back and she kept trying to help us and she finally got us set up. All total we were there about 2 1/2 hrs. She was so kind and very professional yet she was so patient with us. We appreciate her so much. The next day I went back and Dylin waited on me and fixed everything I needed help with on my new phone. Both of the people we worked with were amazing. You are very blessed to have 2 people who work for you who have the ability to help people with all kinds of problems.

I received a lot of help. I didn't like what was on my phone. But Meagan helped me erase everything that I didn't want on my phone. So if you want a good bargain and friendly service for idiots like me, go to the Sallisaw AT&T store.
