Im giving this a 10 star rating!!! We felt very welcome here. Everyone was very friendly and the most helpful, smiling faces I've seen in a long time. We were greeted and checked in by Jeffery and Lisa.
Ben, a staff member, was very courteous and helpful.. He wanted to make sure everything was okay with our room..It was excellent actually..Thank you for taking time to ask and pointing us in the right direction The housekeeping very friendly to us as well.
Everything was exceptionally clean. running smooth..lights all worked...the room stayed a comfy temp..It was a peaceful stay. The balcony was awesome..chairs to sit outside on and getting to sit outside and relax under the stars in the evening..Loved it!! Thank you all for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're wanting a peaceful, clean, relaxing place to stay. = A+

Extremely clean and smelled nice. The staff was super courteous and the breakfast was hot. Our non smoking room was awesome and didn't smell like cigarettes and febreeze. The bed was OMG comfortable. I didn't want to leave. Will definitely recommend.

We stayed here while on OKC on business and loved it. It was recently remodeled and it turned out beautifully. Loved the free breakfast every morning. There was always a nice variety to choose from and it was different every day, which was a pleasant surprise.

It's like a home away from home. The rooms are always incredibly clean and well maintained! The mattresses... it's like sleeping in Heaven. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar is great!

My reservation was for a two night stay. Upon my arrival, I asked for a room on the 1st Floor to which the front desk clerk, Alyssa provided me immediately. She did ask if I would be interested in staying on the newly renovated 3rd Floor to which I declined. Very good and professional customer service. During the night, I became aware that I was not use to being close to a well used traffic thorough fare. Most of the other major hotels are also situated on Meridian Avenue near the airport. The next morning, I asked the hotel manager, Lisa and Alyssa if I could move to the 3rd Floor, on the hotel's side facing away from Meridian Avenue. Lisa was happy to oblige to my request. There was a very small extra charge to move into one of the newly renovated rooms. When the elevator door opened, the 3rd Floor looked like an entirely different hotel. The hall looked amazing as if I was in a completely different hotel. The provided room looked as amazing and completely caught me off guard. The only problem was that the newly renovated room's desk lamp wasn't plugged in and the desk was too heavy for me to move. Since, I still had all my luggage on a cart, I simply went back downstairs, to the front desk, and requested another room. Lisa and Alyssa were very understanding with Lisa offering me the hotel's Junior Suite at no extra charge. Of course, I accepted the offer and WOW was I not disappointed! A very nice and modern room. It was an amazing 2nd night stay at the AmericInn. Thanks Lisa and Alyssa!

We always love staying here when our truck has to go to the shop. They always have a hot breakfast every morning. Jeff and Lisa are wonderful and professional. They always have a smile and are friendly. Sasha is an awesome driver and knows how to make people laugh and feel respected. Are stay here is worth the down time! 😊

There in the middle of construction but was not a bother to us. Rooms are very clean and quiet. The two lady's who work here are amazing and took excellent care of us. The only thing is I wish there breakfast had a little more options

Staff is wonderful. clean rooms. excellent breakfast. I booked the same day I needed to stay and everyone was wonderful. they even allowed a late check out due to me having a conference next door. highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Super fast check in. She told me where everything was and how to get to my room as well as breakfast and check out times. Rooms are clean and smell good. Can't complain for a hotel under 60 bucks

I'm super impressed specially because of the price. Room is clean,new bedding and sheets. Looks newly remodeled. Staff is very friendly so far no complaints.

Just a big thank you to the staff here. Our daughter was stuck in a bad ice storm coming from New Mexico, meeting us here. My pregnant wife and I unexpectedly had to wait with not much cash with us. They let us stay in our room until 8pm without charging us. Thank you very much for your generosity and being great human beings.

I left my vest in the breakfast area Saturday morning I call and ask them to mailed back I haven’t hear from them please call me back so you can mail my winter vest thank you the hotel is very comfortable clean the front desk guy at night sift very helpful. Great breakfast.

Staff is awesome the front desk ladys are very friendly and always take time to answer any questions you might have they are renovating the hotel right now but it was still quiet and very accommodating as we drive a bigrig for WFX

Great customer service, affordable prices, super clean room. Speaks volumes of the management. Definitely recommend staying at the AmericInn by Wyndham. Next years vacation will find me right back here.

Super friendly staff. When we had a problem with Expedia the manager jumped on the phone and help take care of the situation he's missed two meetings just trying to help us rooms very nice and the bed is super comfortable definitely coming back

Check in was easy, the room was neat, the bathroom was clean, and the staff was helpful and polite. It isn't a high class place but it is way more than just adequate!
