Lakewoods Resort & Golf

Just stopped in for a cocktail. I have always liked the view & the atmosphere of the bar. The bartender went out of his way to be sure my Bloody Mary was gluten free.

I have not stayed at the resort, but the restaurant is our "go-to" for holiday meals. Their Thanksgiving buffet never disappoints! Beautiful ride through the woods!

We go here every year for our mushroom foray and the owners are very kind to us. Rooms are tidy and nicely furnished. They even cook up a special mushroom menu for our group. Ho thoughtful!

Great location on Lake Namakagon with an indoor pool & great bar/restaurant that frequently has live music

We love Lakewoods. We always have a great experience there, with great staff taking care of us. Stayed in a beautiful condo.

Little Green in the a North woods. The bar is fun and the restaurant is good. The bartender and waitress we had were both great.

Very good food. Had the walleye filey sandwich a couple times. Awesome

Stayed here four years ago and decided to come back. Restaurant and bar are great. Fantastic views. Staff is extremely courteous. Rooms need some updating, several things broken and in disrepair throughout the property.

Called to book room they have a waiting list and Allison was so accommodating trying to help find a room. Hope to stay here soon. Keep up the fantastic customer service Allison.

We celebrated my husband's birthday, had a delicious food, great service, love the atmosphere.

Fantastic night out at Lakewood for food! We were looking for a place at the last minute and a local restaurant owner in Cable, who was closed that evening, recommend Lakewood. Wonderful setting on a cold night. Food was great and Ken, the night manager, couldn't have been any kinder. The service was fast and friendly and the experience was wonderful. We'll be back.

Just came for breakfast. Beautiful grounds and building. Sat next to a table of newlyweds and the wedding party. Sand Beach and volleyball court look inviting. Small marina with mostly pontoon boats. Breakfast was cooked perfectly. Rescued a turtle from getting run over.

Can't say anything about the rooms. Don't stay due to having my own cabin within 40 miles. The food was great, the service was great, and the Weenie Roast was awesome. Have to say it's the best show on snow

Great and Beautiful place. The lake is Beautiful, the lodge and bar are Great. The staff is excellent! I highly recommend staying here.

Lunch was excellent great burgers and fish tenders. Plenty of food for a reasonable price.
Mixed drinks were awesome the best bloody mary.
Wait staff was friendly. Did not stay in the rooms so didnt rate those.

This is one of our favorite stops and we often plan bike rides with a stop at the restaurant. ALL of their food is well prepared and good tasting. We love to stop for appetizers and a drink - our go to items are the cheese curds and walleye fingers. We take friends there for dinner and it has always been a wonderful experience. The view of the lake is beautiful and it is fun to talk out by the lake after a meal. It has been a number of years since we stayed in the hotel BUT it is an experience that we both fondly recall.

This staff is excellent! They went above and beyond to accommodate us! So much fun to have here in every season, and the food is fantastic! The lady at the front desk went out of her way to help me out as well

Didn't stay, had breakfast and separate dinner. Food very good, service so so.

Love that price includes usage of canoes, and kayaks. My kids and I had a lot of fun here. Staff was very sweet eachday we were here (2 nights/3 days). Pools were nice, hot tub worked, sauna not available due to COVID, which is fine. We arrived at pool, where I was about to start blowing up inflatables when a staff asked if I wanted help as has air compressor. He took them and returned a few minutes later with them all filled.
Hotel room was clean, however surprising thing was no microwave, which I guess I'm just use to having in rooms. My sister, on a special diet, stayed with us, and front desk lady was kind enough to microwave her food for her though. She also gave her some of her own Tylenol when she had headache and got opener for my kids root beer bottles. Like I mentioned, staff there seems to enjoy their jobs there and like helping others to go out of their way to do so.
I was also surprised that no outlets near beds, however, they have extension cords so sister could use cpap machine she needs to sleep. They have a way to manage it ☺.
Very impressed with the resort! We had a great time. This was our second visit, and would love to go back again.

We stayed in the cabins and it was a blast! The cabin was beautiful and had a great swimming spot down by the pier. We had so much fun and we will definitely be coming back. They had great pools and amazing food and some nights they would do free s’mores for the kids. Very nice resort
