JA provided the stability I needed to focus on being a kid. I grew up with friends who were all like sisters, it was great. The academics and sports kept me preoccupied, Mostly the sports but I enjoyed that the most. In hindsight, Jones was a safe haven. I came from an alcoholic family that drifted apart, it's a story I'm sure someone can relate too and finish with there own. I recommend this school to assist a child in preparing for their future.

went there in the 60's.they were really strict in those days,I remember the paddle had holes drilled in it.we had to clean our rooms like the military, everything had to pass inspection or you didn't go outside.

I was the first town girl to make cheerleader there 5th and 6th grade. I was very proud I made it and was accepted there by all the girls. Thank you Valerie Trueblood Presley and my father in law use to run Jones Academy School He was Doyle Presley I married his son Phillip Later after they moved to Tahlequah we have beautiful 4 girls. Doyle passed away in 2001 I think Phillip passed away in 2011. I miss and love them both.

I went there in First Grade of 2008, I was one of the only mainly white kids there and despite my native heritage I just remember getting bullied a lot and the staff doing absolutely nothing about it. So yeah, not a good year.

It is ok here but staff here don't give us respect even tho they demand it from us, students.In the big girl's dorm the dorm supervisor will get onto us for no reason or write us up - Alysia lewis
