Nice clean space! It is on the older side, however, price is reflected in that. The owners are really down to earth people. I’ve stayed here for 2 years in a row and have bought over 16 rooms for my team over the two years. I would highly recommend this place!

Okay.,.,it's the only hotel BUT it is a great little hotel. Keep in mind I have stayed in thousands of hotels, bnbs, boutiques, hostels, working farms, sleeper trains, overnight ferries, tree houses etc. and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and upkeep of this hotel. Go and enjoy.

I had to stay in Estill for several weeks to look after my brother. The Palmetto was a great place for me to stay. AC, the owner took good care of me and looked after my needs. The grounds were quiet at night and the room fit my needs.

The manager is very friendly, the room are clean and it has a comfortable environment. There is also a convenience store within walking distance. I highly recommend it.
