Got exactly what I needed. Help finding things was readily available. Nice to see that stores still have pleasant staff and they don't mind helping when asked. Too many places, when you ask for help, it's like you're a bother to the employees because they need to put down their phones.

Cut 2 car keys for me. Service was excellent. Fast and friendly. And the keys work perfect. Absolutely refreshing after being refused service at ace hardware because I brought in my own key blanks. Will definitely be shopping here instead from now on.

I have been shopping at Martin Hardware for 50 years. They just made some screens for my home that I ordered incorrectly, and after some clarifing questions, they remade them quickly and they are great... Thank you for your years of service to our community.

This is the closest hardware store to my house, so I frequent it often. It's a little more expensive than the big box stores, but the service makes up for it. Everyone knows their job and knows where everything is. They have an excellent array of merchandise and they rent tools too.

A modern store with a home town feel. I had keys made, fast and affordable.

Called to confirm screen repair was completed. No one answered phone, got there 1 minute to 2 pm and door locked. Cost the company my business and $200 spent at Walmart on what I planned to purchase at Martin’s, thank you saved me ever doing business at Martin’s again. Strongly suggest to anyone v to take their business elsewhere.

Awesome place to find bolts, nuts, screws. I will definitely be making this my new hardware stop from now on. I have been to a lot of customer CARELESS places, and "martins hardware" defeats any other place I have been to around the area. They have expensive items, and standard low priced items. AWESOME PLACE!

Gary in the service department is awesome! We had an issue with a toddler bike tire having a stuck nut. I took it to Martin's and 5 minutes later is was unstuck!!

Ace hardware store is my only hardware store I go to they have everything I need for my home.

Small Town feel, usually good service, but with recent staffing shortages, finding help can be a wait.
Usually a little more pricey than other big box stores, which again, is expected.
But they almost have almost all the odds and ends you can think of.

Plus, their rental center is amazing!
You need it? They most likely have it for rent!

I have a Folding boundary card but the axle was missing a hole so I could keep a wheel on they grilled it out for me and that was very attentive to me

Great hardware store with friendly help. Need a key made right the first time? This is the place. Great selection off hard to find items like closet door parts. Great rental tool selection. Landlords dream store!

Great Hometown Hardware store with everything you would hope to find at The Big Box store and More. They had throttle cables for lawn mowers and equipment for rental as well. The employees go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. Consider them before the big box Home Improvement stores.

Old school hardware store. I could spend hours here looking at all the gadgets. Professional locksmith. A great buisness green bay has to offer!
