Quality Inn West

I absolutely love this hotel. I've never been in one that the rooms have an inside door to the hallway and an outside door directly to your car. I'll have to be sure to put this one on my list so I can stay again on my way back through. Right off the interstate. Easy in/out. Only thing they should consider doing differently..... coffee earlier than what they do, so those of us that get up before the butt crack of dawn, can have a cup before we hit the road again. And/or.... if a customer asks about coffee.... get off the computer to go make some. Im sure there isn't much for the front clerk to do at that time in the AM, but you are there to accommodate a paying guest. Highly recommend otherwise.

On our way from St. Pete to North Kentucky. Super tired, and overworked from spending 45 days looking for a new home. Stopped here for the good price listed on Google Maps. Room was clean!! Ice was plentiful when we went to get some!! Breakfast bar was full. Waffles, yogurt, sausage and scrambled eggs, cereals, OJ and Apple Juice. Coffee, Tea, bagels, toast and muffins!! Super nice indoor pool amd hot tub and a workout room!! Front dest was kind and knowledgeable. We will be back. Highly recommended!!

Very reasonably priced hotel with nice accommodations. This is an older building that has been well maintained. The rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. It is also one of the dwindling number of hotels with a hot tub. If you are looking for a place to stay to go antique shopping in downtown Sweetwater or go to the Lost Sea, you could do a lot worse than Quality Inn West. My sole complaint is a meager and lackluster breakfast selection, easily solved for a few dollars by going next door to the Huddle House.

The facility was very clean and comforting. Check in clerk was friendly and accommodating and allowed me to view the room before committing to check in. Thanks to the staff and owners for maintaining a livable, odor-free, and reputable facility. I will definitely return!

Rooms were great, clean and very nice! The children in our group loved the pool! Definitely a place I would stop again.

This was a great, budget-friendly option for a place to stop on an overnight road trip. The room was clean. The hotel staff was friendly. They are pet friendly. The breakfast had a good variety. The bagels and sausage were good, eggs weren't great but edible. They also had cereal, waffles, and some other items. Overall it was just what we needed. Also, in response to other reviews I've seen, we did not have any noise issues whatsoever. Maybe we got lucky, I don't know. Anyway I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Definitely a good hotel at a good price.

Right from the start from check in u will receive the up most service. Greeted with a smile and a hello that u will feel right at home. Rooms r wonderful spacious clean . they have breakfast in mornings which is wonderful. Love this place. I have found that when I come this way I will always use quality inn for my good night's sleep.

This is a great low-budget option! The rooms are spacious and clean, there is an indoor pool, and decent breakfast is included. I was very pleased; it’s all I ask of my travel sleeping arrangements! We had stayed at another hotel in the same area while passing through last week and we had a terrible experience there. Our stay cost about the same as here, but that hotel gave us a room that smelled horrible and had weird bugs all over the place! They did get us a different room when we complained, but did not compensate us for the difference (we’d reserved a King bed but ended up with two double beds) and as a whole, the experience was very disappointing. Our stay at the Quality Inn West was MUCH better: not only was it clean and fresh-smelling, but the room was large enough for our two-year old to run around and stretch his legs after the long drive, our bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the fact that we were connected to a balcony — my husband and I enjoyed a chat outside after our kid went to sleep. This was an amazing deal and I would love to stay here again!

Room was clean, older place but you can tell they’re making an effort to keep it nice. Pool was great! Hot tub was tiny but good,
Huddle house next door was good and we got a discount for staying at the hotel,

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night on May 28, 2019 and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The room was sweet smelling and extremely clean. The shower water was hot and plentiful. The free breakfast was delicious and so many choices! Everything was perfect and we hope to stay here again.

Polite customer service. Our TV remote was not working and they came to help us right away. The pool is a little small but it is big enough to do some laps in. The hot tub was a nice touch though, especially after the long drive we had. It's very nicely located close to stores and definitely some nice restaurants nearby. Overall very happy with everything.

A fair price, very clean, friendly and accommodating staff . When I ask for an extra blanket they did not hesitate to get it to me, I also ask them on my last day of stay to open pool area early for one last dip before my departure and they accommodation me . Breakfast was to go but we all know that is because of covid but they did say that in the next two weeks breakfast would start to include milk, waffles as well as what they already are offering. I will most definitely stay again.

Don't like the idea of my bill being 100.00 dollars higher than the receipt is . Thats theft to me

The room and location were quite lovely and clean! It was neat, orderly and had a nice refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The beds and pillows were comfortable and looked brand new. The Tv was a good size and the bathroom was very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub and definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was also very nice. The only thing I would say it needed was a bathroom fan. Thanks Quality Inn!

Was very please with our stay. Walk in to the check-in area smelt great and front desk lady was extremely nice. Rooms were better than I expected. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were a little firm but it's a hotel bed. Breakfast was decent. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Wished the pool opened earlier than 10am. Otherwise. Awesome stay. Will stay again if we are in the area.
