Budget Inn

It's a budget motel, so don't expect a nice exterior or new furniture. Overall though, a diamond in the rough.

The price is much less than the nearby hotels, and there were zero hidden fees or surprises. $80 for a two bed room with a small kitchen.

The rooms are clean and spacious, although the decor is distinctly old. The innkeeper is a pleasant guy, even let us look at the rooms before checking in. The internet is okay at ~20 Mbps.

Tldr: Clean, good price, no nonsense, but no money spent on looks. They even have 2 ply.

It feels very clean. The prices are fair for the area. My favorite part it the big bath tubs and soft water. I always feel rejuvenated when I've stayed there.

This place has everything you need in an affordable motel. Its clean with a good tv and good channels, including hbo. The wifi works well and the bed is comfortable. The a.c. unit worked great. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. They had a few extras that I appreciated. A microwave and mini fridge. Its also minutes from the 5. Our room had a multi outlet wall plug which was very convenient and this is random but I liked the pretty wood ceiling.

This is a remarkable gem in the rough! The outside may seem questionable, but once you step inside it's very inviting and comfortable. Parking was right outside the door. Ridiculously clean- I checked under the bed, along baseboards, all areas of the toilet and bathtub, and it was all immaculate. Bed was soft but firm. Included fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, TV, and AC. My only complaints- the AC was relatively loud, though this is common for most hotels, and the pillows we're far too fluffy for normal use. I would definitely stay here again.

EXTREMELY satisfied! I don't want to over-sell it and then have visitors be disappointed; it's called "Budget Inn" for a reason. However, I must say I was SO impressed! My room was clean and had a fridge and a microwave as well as 5 available plug sockets by the bed and 5 by the table/drawer set. That meant I could charge my phone and rely on its alarm--even though they also had a very nice alarm clock--and finish up work on my lap top. The cooling system was great. I wish I were going that way again so I could have an excuse to stay again!

Friendly staff, very clean rooms and a huge retro tub! Our room was in the rear of the motel, and was extremely quiet and peaceful.
Don't expect a swimming pool, jacuzzi, or other fancy amenities...just a great room at a reasonable price!

This place is great for the price. The room was clean, with cable, wifi, microwave and fridge. Beds were comfy. And a low price for pets (only five bucks for my tiny dog!). The owners were really nice, even though we came in really late. Recommended.

Very clean and simple room during my visit to budget inn. I actually left my shoes there they were kind enough to hold them for me for several days while I was traveling. Very pleasant staff, and inexpensive too.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but never had any problems with any bugs or service nothing always got clean sheets and friendly people will stay here again as I vacation past the area

Great value. Hotel is a little rustic, but the room was comfortable and very clean and quiet. The manager was very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again if I was stopping in Yreka.

For a military discount at $55 you can't beat this place. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. And it's close to the freeway, shopping and food.

Very nice people run the hotel. The place is older but they keep it very clean. It has everything you need for a quick stop over. I've stayed a number of times.

The owners are super nice. Rooms are always clean, water pressure is good, wifi cable, and microwave/fridge in room..

Exactly as the name says, this is a very inexpensive place to stay for a few nights. Rooms are decent and clean. If you're expectations are right, this place is fine.

Great hard working people own this place, the service was terrific the rooms clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere quiet and clean I plan on staying here every time I'm in town.

The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. Breakfast was just okay, but at this price point, I'm not complaining.

Simple, well run inn. Good price, perfect for stopping on a road trip! The owner is accomodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a quite nice little get away that wont cost a arm and a leg owners keep things clean and they do there best to cater to needs and request

Cute little hotel, room was clean, bed could have been better but it was ok. Great water pressure.

Front desk was friendly, hot water, heating and AC, dog-friendly although it is an additional $10. We stayed one night.
