Feather River Kids Dentistry - Yuba City

The whole staff was very welcoming and patient with my toddler! Dr. Ripley was excellent with him, very fun and kind! We got lots of great feedback and our child was happy both coming in and leaving! The experience exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely love Dr. Ripley and his staff. We started our son’s appointments at 1 years old. The staff are so sweet and make him feel comfortable.

We love Feather River Dentistry! The Drs and hygienists are all so kind and lovely people to interact with. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! We also love all of the new updates!! The bright colors and artwork are great!

I love Dr. Ripley! I love how he is understanding of parents point of view on their kids dental health. My kids love him. I hope he has no plans to retire.

We took our 18 month old in to get his teeth checked out for the first time. Everyone was so patient and nice. We look forward to continuing to bring our son there.

I was a patient as a kid and once I had my daughter I knew that I wanted her to go here. I saw Dr. Ripley when I was young and she has seen both him and Dr Colette. They are both phenomenal dentists. You cannot go wrong with choosing this office. My daughter is shy around doctors due to a bad experience and the whole staff is always so patient with her.

We have been seeing Dr. Ripley since my oldest was a baby. We have had the best experience there. I would recommend him to anyone that needs pediatric dentistry.

Best kids dentist in town! I would recommend Dr Ripley to anyone (: staff is extremely patient and kind. Makes my kids feel comfortable. Plus, Dr Ripley’s cool cartoon shirts are my sons favorite!

Feb 2024 Update:
Another dental procedure was the last thing I wanted for my daughter since her last one was a traumatic one (performed at Children’s Choice in YC). Unfortunately, she developed another cavity and it needed filled. My daughter and I were dreading it because although her check-ups have been wonderful with the RDAs and Dr. Ripley, that kind of trauma is hard to forget.

Today was her procedure and it went AMAZINGLY well. Expectedly, my daughter anxiously cried as we entered the office and still as she laid on the chair. But as always, the RDA was patient and walked her through all the steps while showing her what tools were going to be used. Once she was calm enough, they put on the nasal mask for the nitrous oxide to help her stay calm. Then Dr. Colette came in and did her thing all while also being patient and encouraging and so kind and fun. It went smoothly and my daughter and I left the clinic so relieved and also happy with the experience.

I am so grateful for these dental professionals and for their skill and ability to work with children. Thank you for all you do, FRKD!

This is our 4th appointment since switching from Children’s Choice (due to a traumatic experience) and we absolutely love it here! Kennedy is SO patient with my daughter and she does so well with helping her feel brave and comfortable to do her check-ups and before seeing Dr. Ripley. I am so grateful for this clinic/staff and their ability to work well with children. ♥

Wonderful Dentist for kids.Staff are all very friendly and the dentist's are wonderful with the kids. Highly recommend.

Love Dr. Ripley, if he ever leaves we will too. Hate the new office decor, looks more like an adult dental office now.

My kids have so much fun visiting this dentist office and have actually told me they are no longer scared of the dentist. All the staff is so helpful and they truly put the kids first! I trust Dr.Ripley and he explains everything in an easy way for parents to understand. This office creates a safe space for families!

Absolutely love Dr ripley office, they always do so good with my special needs son who has a meltdown every time we come, they make him comfortable and make the expirience the bets they can for him!

Dr. Ripley was recommended to us by so many people! I have been bringing both of my girls (ages 2 and 5 now) since they were 1 year olds and have no complaints. They are very accommodating to our schedules so that we can get both kids in on the same day and staff is extremely kind!

Very warm and inviting. The entire staff is so friendly and patient. They made my kids feel comfortable and safe. They have a super cute prize table for the kids that mine look forward to and movies on the ceiling that they love. So thankful my kids aren’t scared to go to the dentist! We love it !

Everyone in this office is awesome. Dr. Collette and Dr. Ripley are thorough and communicative, not just with me but also with my son. All the staff give wonderful words of encouragement during both tough and easy dental procedures. I can’t imagine a better office for my son.

Amazing office! The staff works so hard to make children feel comfortable and safe. Dr.Ripley is a staple of the office and great. The practice added Dr.Colette, and she is awesome! So kind, gentle and skilled, especially while your kiddos are in treatment.
