We were in a very tough spot but when we talked to Lyric over the phone he made made the process seem less stressful! I would recommend doing business here. Lyric was wonderful, greeted us kindly and accommodated us generously especially from us being out of town. Lyric was kind and thorough, he answered all of our questions and was diligent when looking into any concerns. I had a recall issue and the staff was fantastic. They were very accommodating and kind. Specifically Amanda and James and, oh my, I feel badly for not recalling the other woman’s name. The service dept is great! I would be happy to give sales a shot when I’m ready.

They helped me work out a long distance purchase. Had some hoops to jump....they helped set up the trampolines. Ivan was great help and got things handled. As always my new jeep is everything it's supposed to be.

We bought a used car here recently and had a great experience. Narmo went out of his way to communicate with us ahead of time about the car we were interested in, and was ready and waiting when we showed up. When we decided to purchase the car, Nick went above and beyond to find us a deal that worked for our family and made sure to have the car detailed and minor fixes completed before we drove away.

How to take my Jeep in for a check engine light that would not shut off. Although it did take multiple trips, they did find out what the problem was and got it fixed. They were very nice and pleasant to deal with. Did not charge me extra for anything.
And also detailed my car and filled it with gas before I left. Very great service department highly recommended.

Great customer service!!! The salesman that helped me was very helpful because I informed him what I was looking for and he got me that car! He walked the talk! The finance manager that helped me was very detail oriented and explained everything! He even gave me a copy of my Warranty which I Never received from any of the dealers that I bought my cars. Oh, and I got a USB, no pile of papers! Both of these men are assets to your company!

Called in about a vehicle I was interested in. Manny (who is great) went out to the lot and personally found it and sent me a picture. Through calls, text, and email, all paperwork was done on that day. That was a Wednesday. By Friday morning they were driving it 150 miles to deliver it to me!

We had been communicating with Manny over email and narrowed down our options. When we went in to the dealership, Manny took us straight to the trucks we had asked to see and didn't try to waste our time by talking us into looking at anything else. There was no price haggling back and forth and it made everything pleasant. Of course there was the typical waiting around for paperwork but once we were in the finance office, Paul moved us right along and was able to answer all of our questions. Great experience!
