These ladies Rock! We use The Clean Out Crew for our rentals and our Property management company. Communication is always easy, prices are are fair and clear. Many times they have been flexible on getting a job right away when they are booked ahead. Great attitudes and jobs professionally done. Windows, hauling, emergency clean up.. vacancy cleaning. Rainy and Breeze were able to help me on a short notice basis. They were flexible in their ability to accommodate my time line.

They showed up on schedule. Busted their butts, in the rain, were able to pack even more good "stuff" into the trailer for me.

I think Raney is good but some of the people she hires are questionable. Keep a close eye on the crew if you don't want them to throw away items that are valuable or have special meaning to you.
