Gold Rush Burgers

I’ve dined in here once and done take out a couple times. The food is great. The portions are big (medium fries/side serves 2-4 people easily).

The owner works the counter and is a bit of a character. She is very open with her opinions, which I am sure bothers some people. I think she is fun to listen to, whether I agree or disagree with here.

Really great little burger joint, gives hole in the wall, sassy redneck vibes, and was a hoot to read all the decorations. The staff was nice, the manager was fantastic, kind and helpful, and the food was delicious and quite sizable. We had the bacon blue cheese burger, so good, a bacon avocado burger, also good, and the tots were nice and crispy. Also had a vanilla milkshake, though they had a ton of flavor options, and it was really good, made with real ice cream not soft-serve. This will be our new must stop when we pass through town.

This place offers the best burgers ever I leave full but wanting more. I love the onion rings and the BBQ sandwiches too. This place has been around a long time and it always keeps its great food and great customer service. The young girls working evenings right now are so nice and helpful. Very clean and maintained.

You must stop and eat here! The absolute best service, tastiest burgers and fries with an skool diner atmosphere! Loved the tub of fry sauce, fountain drink, and overall the best burgers I’ve had in many years. Our food was hot, fresh, and literally up within 5-7 minutes. We are going to make this our place when traveling thru Yreka!

Busy workday led to a quick bite at Gold Rush Burgers. Their turkey, bacon avocado sandwich was the pick of the day. No regrets. The wait was as long as the lines behind the counter. I sat watching a mass of characters enter the building. A few celebrity look a likes stared back with a smile on their face. Overall it was a satisfying meal.

Awesome atmosphere and my BLT was really fresh!. Great stop off.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Driving home from the Redwoods we found this gem. Not only is the food amazing the service is top notch. Having a toddler in the car for 4 hours and then coming in here was a blessing. They pulled his fries early so they weren’t hot without being asked to and even did a kid sized shake for us. Sad we live so far away or this would be our regular spot!!

We stopped by hear for lunch a couple of weeks ago on our way home from Oregon. Discovered it quite by accident, just driving by and thought we would try it out. A ver extensive menu, great customer service and the food is delicious. I had a cheeseburger and fries. Will definitely stop by again and try something else.

We just moved to town and decided to go to them for dinner last night. If you have never met the owner, she is well worth a visit!
The burgers are exceptional and portions, generous. We found a great place on the first try and WE SHALL RETURN. I loved the Trump Revenge Tour 2024 proudly displayed on the front of their establishment.

Definitely stop here if you're ever headed to Cali/ Ore right off of i5. One of the best burgers I've ever had no contest. Nice juicy patty, crispy onion rings, sweet smokey bbq sauce, and the bun toasted on the bottom. My only gripe is that I didn't go back for a second one 😁

Sad when people leave bad reviews just because of owners political views. DON'T believe the bad reviews. This is a burger joint and it's good the end.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, fun atmosphere and great burger selection! They also will do lettuce wrap or gluten free buns. This is a new tradition for my family on our family trips up i5.
