The doctor and his team are all knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and very customer focused.
Our family has been searching for a dentist office we can all stay and grow with. We have finally found this at Yuba City Smiles.
Over the last year we have tried multiple offices, but it seemed every office was only focused on driving the highest sales and recommending procedures that were not necessary, even with my six-year-old child. At Yuba City smiles, they have done an excellent job, explaining each treatment and procedure and providing options and never pushing for procedures to be done that aren't necessary.
The doctor and his team seem very genuine and honest. I highly recommend this dentist for you and your family.

This is 100% the best experience I've ever had with a dental office! Dr. Tim and all staff are absolutely amazing! Extremely compassionate and best bed side manner. Dr. Tim listens whole heartedly and explains everything with clarity and understanding. During my procedure, he made sure throughout that I was comfortable. He did impeccable work as well! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend if you're looking for a doctor with genuine compassion for his patients. This is very hard to find these days.

So far my experience with Dr and his staff is excellent!!! He recently reconfigured my lower invisalign so it can be perfect! How would I know things weren’t coming together correctly, until later in the process of alignment! Well he’s looking out for me! Thank God🥰. He’s wise, positive, and efficient! He truly sings while he works🎶

If I could give this office 10 stars I would. I reached out on a Friday afternoon. I was immediately contacted via text to discern if there was an emergency. I didn't have an emergency. So I was told someone would call Monday morning to set up an appointment. Michelle did call me and they were able to get me in within a week. Jenny and Shawntae were very sweet and explained things very thoroughly before they touched me. Also Dr. Tim himself did the same and was very gentle and patient.

Staff is wonderful, gentle, kind, and treat you in a manner you appreciate. Dr Tim actually returns your calls himself, and is always patient and helpful. I cannot express enough how happy I am that I found him and put my trust in him. He has not disappointed me at all.

Tucked away in a corner on Alturas street is a wonderful dental practice, dentist and a great dental team. Dr. Tim has a vibe that is kind, and gentle. He is full of knowledge and withal chairside manner that is most considerate. His dental team members are friendly and with a 12 year working knowledge and experience in adult general dentistry. Not only was Dr. Tim great at listening to my dental needs he was also great at recommending . His team sent me a picture via text of a nightguard I might purchase over the counter to help with the issue I had at night.
Overall pleasant experience, everything explained upfront and in a manner most delightful.

Dr. Tim is wonderful! I came in for an emergency on Thursday and he was able to fix my broken front tooth before I went out of town for a wedding! He explained all of my options and I decided the best option for me was to start a crown. He explained that I could do a filling but on a front tooth they are fragile and I can end up with a brown line along the edge of the filling where it meets my tooth. His front desk staff was very knowledgeable as well, they told me that my insurance wouldn't cover fully for the pretty option, but I don't care about paying extra when its a front tooth and I think its dumb insurance will only pay for the cheapest fix. When starting the work Dr. Tim was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I left with a temporary tooth and have to go back when the permanent one comes back but I was so happy I had a tooth to smile with for my family's wedding pictures. I highly recommend this office and they now have me and my family as permanent customers. Thank you Dr. Tim and all of your staff!!

Dr. Tim has a great dental philosophy about the care he provides. He created a environment where my son was comfortable, when he usually isn't, and the made the whole procedure and visit a breeze. Highly recommend him!

My daughter had a swollen gum and we needed to see someone quickly. I’ve been having a hard time finding a dentist since we moved here a year ago… to see a dentist, you’d better not have an emergency because most are either not accepting new patients or if they are, it takes months to see someone. I stopped at Yuba City Smiles’ office this morning, talked to the very friendly front desk assistant and was able to see Dr Polumbo this afternoon! Everyone was very polite and helpful! Dr Polumbo took his time and explained clearly what he was recommending for treatment. He is very attentive and very caring. We’re scheduled to go back next week for cleaning! So happy to have found this place!

I am a very nervous dental patient, I’ve had panic attacks just thinking about going to the dentist. I’m so happy to have found Doctor Tim, not only is he a fantastic dentist but he caters to patients like me. It took me over 4 years to find him, I will be a patient for life. I can’t recommend him enough!
