Both Daniel and his employee did an awesome job above and beyond to get my friend set up on Verizon and update me with a new phone and better service. The whole county’s system was down and they were able to get it done anyway.

I went into this Verizon store because I lost/dropped my phone in the middle of a lake while kayaking. This store was the closest one while passing through. I waited a little bit but as soon as it was my turn, Jon helped me with my iPhone purchase pretty quickly. He is very knowledgeable in most smartphone technology, patient and nice. Thank you for great customer service!

The sakesperson Savon was great. Informative and clear on possible add ons with buying a new phone. The store manager clearly ensured that i knew what was added to the purchase.

Daniel was great, knowledgeable and very helpful! The store was understaffed and busy, so there was a bit of a wait.

Not only is this phone amazingly easy to use, it takes beautiful picture and the set up and transfer went extremely smooth.

Jonathan provided the best customer service we have had in years. He was so polite and helpful and went above and beyond both in time spent with us and in trying to resolve all of our issues. He is truly an asset to Verizon. We cannot say enough good about our experience with him.

Went in recently for a screen protector and new phone case because I had beat mine up pretty good. I was so impressed with the friendly customer service and smiles I received as soon as I walked in the door. Taylor, Emily, John and Ty were all eager to help and made me feel welcome. I will continue paying a little extra to buy in store instead of order online and wait for the mail.

The representative upsold me in the best way imaginable. My experience at this location could not have been more positive and I am quite happy with my new device and plan. Long live Verizon, may you fruit a thousand-fold.

Andrew and Emily provided 10 star service yesterday to get my email back on line!!! SO patient and helpful, I am grateful for their commitment to service. Many companies say they provide SERVICE but Andrew went above and beyond. I upgraded my husband's phone while I was there as well because he qualified and there was a promotional discount. Almost 21 years with Verizon.

Excellent experience. The associates were extremely helpful in setting me up with a new phone. There were several technical difficulties that were not the fault of the the associates that they were able to fix and definitely recommend. Just have patience.

I have always had good service in this Verizon store. I am an older woman in her 70s and I like technology but I’m not great at it. The people I have dealt with here are very understanding, helpful, and not condescending. I really appreciate that.

Andrew (Yreka,CA) was amazingly well prepared to help me purchase my new iPhone 6SE. The transfer from my old phone to my new phone was flawless. Andrew knew every step and was very good and genuinely friendly through the whole process. He very kindly hooked up my new phone with my Bluetooth in my car so I could listen to my audiobooks. He definitely gets five stars from me.

The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable with every question I asked. I am a novice at tech things and phones. Her name was Emily, I will ask for her in the future. I want to rate this store a 10. Give Emily a raise, she put up with my friend and I for 4 hours of dealing with us . I'm impressed.

All the employees in this retailer are excellent employees. Thor was an excellent help, we had a few things that needed to be resolved and he was able to help/fix all of our problems. Even had amazing small talk with all the customers in the store. Keep up the great work y'all!

Best Verizon store I've been to yet. Emily was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional in getting my phone's activated. She helped us to save $30/month on our plan too.

I went in to get a wall plug, I walked in the girl at the first desk asked if she could help me, I told her what I was looking for and she grabbed it handed it to the guy he rang me up and I was on my way. Less than 10 mins. Both were friendly and on top of things. Thank you.
