Heritage RV Park

SUPER CUTE SPOT! Great location right off I5! BIG RIG FRIENDLY. We have a 43 ft and had ZERO issues. Super convenient with lots of food, grocery and gas right by the RV park. It’s located right next to SUBWAY, STARBUCKS and this YUMMY Chinese food. Literally so close you can walk to all those locations. This spot was great and we will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s like a diamond in the rough. Yes a dog area is smaller, just don’t be lazy and take your pets on real walks. Extremely affordable and Brandy runs this ship flawlessly. There’s everything you need with in minutes. Grocery is 2 min drive and everything else is closer.

The park is very clean and quiet. Restrooms are very clean also. Really enjoy our trips here.

We stayed at Heritage Park for one month from April/May 2022. We could not be more pleased with what the park has to offer. It's a very dog friendly park. We were most pleased with Brandy, the manager, who really knows her job. She's the best!! Not all of the spots have grass or a picnic table, so if that is important to you, you may need to request it. The common buildings were kept very clean and the landscaping was well maintained. Although the park is in downtown Corning, we didn't find the noise excessive and it's quiet at night. We highly recommend.

We stayed here 1 night on our way through to Washington state. We liked it so much we planned our return trip to include a night here. Very clean, spacious-the pull throughs are very generous! The laundry, restrooms and pool are pristine. Large trees throughout give a little sense of privacy. Staff is so kind and friendly in person and on the phone. Online reservations are easy and after hours check-in is a breeze! Will make this a regular stay whenever our route brings us this way.

The best RV park in the area. All sites have at least 50% shade. All are full hook-up. Toilet facility and laundry facility are spotlessly clean. Pool is crystal clear water. And for those, like us, who travel with a companion dog, there is an outdoor dedicated dog wash that has hot water!

I think this is the nicest little park we’ve ever stayed in! Only coming through for the night but the very pretty landscaped spots with green grass, shade trees and level gravel for parking were immediately evident.

So many amenities, a pool, a picnic area with propane fireplaces next to Adirondack chairs, a little dog area with an enclosed catio for the felines! And the dog wash station with propane heated water for cleaning up the pups. Easy to see this is a loved and well cared for place.

We needed propane in the morning and they come get your tank via golf cart, fill it and return it then just bill your card on file...talk about service!

Heritage is a very well kept RV park. I stayed here twice on a recent trip through the area. Both stays were excellent. The grounds are nice and clean. I didn't meet the management as I had a late arrival and early departure but it is clear that they take pride in their work. I'll definitely be back if I travel through Corning again.

Run, don't walk to Heritage RV Park! Beautiful park with lots of shade! Pool was great, the bathroom clean! I actually took off my shower sandals because it was so clean and inviting. I made sure to leave it in it's pristine condition. Kelly at check in is the flagship of what an RV park receptionist should be: kind, welcoming and giving advice of local restaurants. And so affordable! Better rates than south of the 5 interstate. This place is a gem!

Very nice, clean, and we'll maitained park. Pull thus are nice and long for towing a vehicle if just staying overnight, like we did. Only drawback for us, is the doggy area was nothing but small gravel. We prefer places with grass for dogs, but we also are very good about picking up after her! It is hard on a small dogs feet. Very nice staff too. Was great for an overnight especially!

I highly recommend this RV park. The people that run this park are excellent. It is clean and has nice amenities. The trees provide much needed shade for each space. We found this park when we had mechanical issues with our truck. They let us stay past check out time waiting for the Chevy service to work on our vehicle. Thank you so much. We will now make this our stopping spot as we travel through the area. We loved it!

This is a really nice park that has great management. When I was there over a year ago my truck and trailer were hit by the sprinklers and made a wet mess. The new park manager has adjusted the sprinklers so that they only water the grass and not your vehicles or equipment. The pool, laundry room, and bathrooms are exceptionally clean too.

Absolutely beautiful park. Very clean, with both 30 and 50 amp hookups. Pull thru as well as back in spaces. Certain breed dogs are allowed with their own private space to do their thing, and they even have a bath for your favorite pet. Sparkling pool, club house. But what makes this park really great is the people. Everyone who works at the park has been absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. So happy to have found this hideaway in the middle of corning.

My husband and I stayed at Heritage over the summer for 4 months. This park is very clean and has tons of shade trees for the summer. The Wi-Fi is good, laundry room is nice. The park is also in a good location that is close to stores and other businesses. Plenty of grass for pets to walk on. My husband and I felt comfortable here which was great for the amount of time we stayed here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We ended up buying a house in Redding and were able to store our rv at Heritage for a month as well. We felt comfortable having our our rv kept at Heritage while we were not there. I would highly recommend this park to anyone passing through for a night or two or anyone looking to stay long term. I am grateful we found Heritage RV park when we did. I love this park! So clean! Laundry is inexpensive has an awesome swimming pool. The cleanest bathrooms I have been to. People are so friendly. You can stay permanent or just a few nights. Perfect for singles or married retired people. Reasonable rates great for families too!

Not terribly scenic but very well maintained RV park. Front office staff excellent - called to make sure we had site number and all codes before we arrived. Located behind a shopping area very convenient to local restaurants & grocery with coupons to 2 restaurants included. Clean rest rooms. We only stayed one night but were happy with pull through sites that we level and allowed us access to hookups without unhooking our towed vehicle.

Very nice little park! Spotless clean, quiet and attractive park. As it was our first stay, park is sort of hidden behind buildings, enter through a small strip mall. Lots of trees/shade, but a challenge if rooftop satellite. We'd stay again and don't miss the 'Olive Pit', a specialty store/cafe is a short walk away.
