Waiiaka RV Park Exit 773

Basically headed S on I 5 and needed a place for the night with hookups for my 25' class C.
It was perfect. They take drop ins, are very polite, and have the basic amenities of hookups and propane and a few snacks in the office. Showers cost 25 cents for 3 minutes, which was totally worth it, and the clothes dryer was 2 dollars for 1 hour.
As everyone else has said, the spots are small, but adequate.

Real nice spot for a lay over. Very friendly, clean,pet friendly and close to the casino.

We stayed in our trailer at the RV Park. Arrived late, but they had everything ready. Nice quiet night.

Really nice and friendly place. The site are not big, but they all have a tree, for shade. It's quiet and clean. Washer & dryer are working well. They even have propane.

We were traveling to Washington and booked 1 night. The following morning as we were getting ready to leave I had a medical emergency. The person at the office and local people jumped in to help me and they called 911 one person even helped with my dog and notified my wife.
Everyone was so helpful and I was very grateful I was in a place with so many good people. After I returned from the hospital we asked if we could stay another night and he said he already had taken care of that.
I would stay here anytime I am traveling through the area.

Lost power due to the fire, they allowed me to drop in after hours. I stayed here for 1 week and had 3 more days left, however my power came back on and they even refunded me the extra days. Super nice, the facilities were well kept too. Thanks!

Easy access from I-5 and easy to maneuver a big rig with tow. We did have to unhitch as the site was not long enough but the site was wide and plenty of shade. I called for reservation on the road within 2 hours of the RV Park. They were very friendly and had everything ready when I arrived. We did not use their restroom or showers so I cannot comment. Good stop for overnight and would stay there again.

Absolutely love this rv park. We stay here often on our trips from southern california to eugene oregon. We have fallen in love with this rv park. Our first night there, there was deer in the grassy area .. it was gorgeous. The place is kept clean and feels like your in the wilderness with all the amentities you need. Also a huge plus is, if you have no reservations and arrive after hours, you just drop your payment in their payment door drop. Couldnt be any better. So glad we found this place, we are now consistent customers. Great job guys! Also very reasonable pricing and pull thru sites which is very convenient after a long days drive.

Such a great spot!! Plenty of mature shade trees, grounds are immaculate and spaces feel spacious. Quiet area but so close to the highway. Great customer care during check in and check out. Will stop here when driving between WA & CA regularly.

We were met immediately when we drove in and escorted to our spot by a very friendly employee. Our dog got a present which consisted of a couple treats and some doggy waste bags. Nice dog park. There looked like many long term renters. Grounds will kept. Our power didn't work and owner was right there to help us and got us hoaked up to another power unit. Close to I-5 and good place for an overnight.

We were traveling from Arizona to Oregon and back. Stayed here for one day on the way up and loved the quiet and rustic nature. A huge plus was the staff being so friendly. We stayed there on the way back down for one night. Same result. Friendly people, rustic and quiet. Highly recommend! We will stop in again!

We enjoyed our stay at Waiiaka. The park is well maintained and quiet. Each space has a tree which will provide shade later in the year. The bathrooms are scrupulously clean. Easy access to the freeway and shopping nearby. Nice to have propane available onsite also.

We only stayed one night but we’re very grateful to get the reservation since we called late in the afternoon. They had our space ready, our names reserved at the site, lovely shade trees, and a nice quiet park. It’s right off the 5 but was still quiet. They even had a tray to place under your barbecue. We would have stayed longer if we weren’t on our way home. We had good cell service and even so they offer WiFi. Thank you Waiiaka staff!

Wish there was more parks like this one.
Overnight stop but park was clean and staff are well organized. Free popcorn while I did my laundry.
Sites are nicely spaced. Everything worked as it should. The owner was super sweet and the after hours host was awesome also.
Very nice dog area to boot!
Would stay again!

Wow! What an amazing RV park! PET FRIENDLY TOO! Stayed about a week. Loved every minute. Prices are Good, Owners are Knowledgeable and Kind. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in California. Easy in and out pull through sites. Close to I-5. Showers are 3 minutes for a quarter, but bring at least 50¢ cause the hot water is a little slow. Very friendly and helpful staff. Get a rewards card for a free night after 6 stays.

We are new to the RV life. We made a trip to Waiiaka for our "test trip". It was just what we needed. We were pleasantly impressed how easy it was to find our site after picking up our info packet. Hookups were all clean and easy to figure out. The park itself was very well maintained and very quiet! We took a peek at the bathrooms but we wanted to test ours out. They were very clean and stocked. We look forward to staying again! Thank you!!!

Perfect overnight pitstop while traveling. Nothing fancy. Easy access, Clean park, free Wi-Fi, hookups and friendly staff (Chucky in particular). Worth the stop if your tired, don’t want to get to your destination at O dark thirty or exhausted.

Very nice clean rv park, clean grounds,clean restroom and showers, nice dog park, pet friendly, great people in the office and on the grounds. We stayed here 4 days for our grandson’s baseball tournament which was played across the street.and casino up the street. Park was very quiet. We will stay here again.also great fresh popcorn nice little store

Highly recommend! Great place to stay for anyone traveling through Northern California, just off the I-5 in Yreka. Love the big pull through sites & full hook ups. The Park was clean, with restrooms and showers. Trish was amazing to talk to and the hot coffee in the morning was an extra bonus. Our German Shepherd enjoyed the fenced dog area. Will stay again!
