Five Marys Burgerhouse

This is by far our favorite local restaurant in northern Siskiyou. Anyone who visits us gets brought here for lunch or dinner.

Great food. Great service. Love the decor. Love some of the unique items on the menu. Event the roasted veggies taste sinfully delicious here … let alone the meats.

food was very good, but the service was slower than expected. I realize it was the valley wide yard sale, but there were only three tables currently seated, two of which already had food, and the third was a couple who received their food soon there after. A small group came in after us, and the waitress was more interested in talking to them than checking on us ( about four trips ) before we had to ask for a refill and to-go boxes.

Not that I'm trying to be "that" person but a few things to improve on.

Yes we would go back!

I tried the regular burger and the lamb burger. The lamb burger was amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything better. The jalapeño cheese fries, fantastic. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating.

Thought we were in trouble from by service with the amount of reserved tables. I was wrong the waitress was very efficient order bed nachos and blu cheese v side salad. The beef on the nachos so tender melt in your mouth delicious. Prices were worth the portions. Girl friend got the pork pulled tacos an va onion ring . All fresh the pickled onions were amazing. We will be going back to eat additional menu items.

Great Rancher Burger (with added bacon) was so good! Fries...not so much. A bit on the cold side and a seasoning I didn't particular care for, but i sure most of them. Dales Pale Ale to wash it down with was tasty. We visited about 2pm on a Saturday and the place was packed. Nice restaurant inside, basic black. Atmospheres was pleasant and our server was a delight. I'll definitely return next time I'm in town.

Visiting some friends in town stopped in for dinner had the wonton nachos huge portions and very tasty! Great service ! Three was our server she was friendly and fast definitely stopping in on next visit to explore the menu more.

Best burger I’ve had, hands down! If I come back through this way, I will make sure to stop and get that fried egg burger again!! 🤤

I had the best Steak ever, the people are nice . The restaurant looks awesome from the inside.

Two years later I went back for an second time. This time I had the T-bone. It was still awesome. Again, the best T-Bone steak I ever head.

The price may look high in the beginning, but if you taste is, you understand why it has this price. It is 10 tip better than the Applebees an Texas Roadhouses of the world.

First time visitor with my wife. Food, atmosphere, service by Cory was a 6 out of 5. Traveled from Mt. Shasta City for lunch. Will make this a regular visit for us.

My son had the burger, he said it was very tasty, cooked to order and the fries were great. I had the steak lunch very good and flavorful. Service was quick and the waitress/ bartender was very nice and attentive.

Always a great place to being your friends and loved ones for a delicious meal, great atmosphere and service is always top notch. If you're ever in the area you gotta stop and try it out.

Great people and great food and drinks there were four of us, so we tried 8 drinks and eight food items. Incredible chicharron plate! Fabulous loaded smashed potatoes, incredible brussel sprouts. Had my first sidecar with a kick ( jalapeno syrup) and mmm, mmm, mmm!! So relaxed, patio area or inside. Stunning bar, one giant slab of a tree!. But mostly, made to feel like part of the family even though we were from 200 miles away.well be back (tomorrow if we could).

Best burger in the area, the fries are cooked to perfection every time! Such a great atmosphere and the staff are so friendly!

The wait staff was a little slow to get to us at first, I think it was because we were in the patio seating in the back. After that she was on top of our drinks and took our orders right away. They came out about halfway through our food being cooked and said that they had no french fries only tater tots available. The burgers were fresh, flavorful, and extremely plentiful! Definitely worth the stop.

Saturday was our first time, driving through Fort Jones and we were immediately feeling the need to stop at Five Marys. SO GLAD WE DID. The restaurant and bar itself are just so cool. Very clean, very good vibe and SO much history. The service was just impeccable! We had 3 different people helping us, including the bar manager. Water, menus, drinks and then food. Even some history about the bar top itself (which is a reason to stop in). The bar manager suggested we go outside to check out their patio. It is HUGE and so cool, with a beautiful deck, large grass area and stage for music. LOTS of outdoor seating, fire pits, games etc we got the burgers and they were SO delish, French fries were addicting. The margarita was strong and PERFECT and fresh, no bottled mixes here. We cannot wait to go back. It's only an hour and a half from Medford. Such a hidden gem. We will be back with lots of friends and family. So much more on the menu we want to try and we want to sit outside this summer for sure.

My 3rd or 4th time here, great food every time. T-Bone Steak is delicious. A must stop place in Fort Jones.

It was one of the best burgers in my life! Those burger are not repeatable at all. Also the interior is stunning with all these big animal on the wall as also the great whiskey bar. I can recommend this nice restaurant/bar at all. It was definitely not my last visit.
