Rooms are quiet, clean and comfy. Some rooms have covered parking right at the door, which I appreciated on waking to morning rain. The heating/air-conditioning unit was high on the wall, perhaps a little difficult for some to reach. Breakfast was adequate, although there's no dining area, but trays were provided for carrying stuff back to the room, where there was a table and chairs. There's a decent Thai restaurant on the premises for dinner. The staff was friendly, and readily offered travel advice, such as where to find the best gas prices.

The manager Harry was so nice and welcoming, we stood there talking for a few minutes after we were checked in. After a 12 hour drive, that's saying a lot. I own my own cleaning business and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and even had a local kitty come in and visit us in our room. We had the door open upon arrival and was startled by the little visitor, but she was a sweet little addition. Anyway, I would definitely stay here again, I love the close vicinity of the under cover parking. :-)

Husband and wife team who are very nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean, cool on summer day, pool, grounds are clean and unique. Workers are suspect w drug activity, they wait till the manager leaves and have traffic coming in and out every 5 minutes to a half hour with the lady helper in a small grey truck leaving at 2:45 a.m. after having her truck idle for 15 minutes waking us up? She leaves before the manager arrives ironically. Tried to explain to the manager but we don't think he understood, other than that stellar stay!

Clean, well kept, and good prices. We checked in very late when the roads were icy and the weather was cold. It was nice to see they still allowed late check-in. I would stay here again.

Edit: I stayed here again. Super friendly staff, stayed open late for check-in. Clean room, quite, safe and a great price. I'll stay here again next time I'm passing through. If you're looking for a clean, safe place at an affordable price look no further. You've found it.

Having stayed in many hotels/motels around the country, this is one of the best kept secrets in California. Small, but well maintained, very clean rooms, and the rate is a third less than you'd pay elsewhere. The owners are the BEST!

great night sleep for a steal of a price! I was really hesitant in staying at such a budget place but we were exhausted and needed rest. Room was very clean, it was quite (walls between rooms are brick) and bed was firm yet comfortable. I told my husband I would stay here anytime vs paying for my typical Hyatt or Marriott!

This is an older Motor Court style motel and is GREAT!
The rooms are clean and everything works well.
The owner goes out of his way to be helpful and to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. We left our camera in the room when we checked out and he called before noon to make arrangements to get it back to us.
This is my 'goto' motel if I'm in the area.

We stayed just one night on the way back to SF after watching the eclipse in Oregon. Traffic was horrible so we decided to wait it out for the night. The hotel was perfect. A clean room with a working TV, clean bathroom and friendly laid back staff.

If you are looking for something clean, simple, and quiet, basically just a place to sleep, this is the perfect place. This had a three bed room which was perfect to accommodate us and the kids. Wireless access. I don't think packaged pastries should realliy count as a continental breakfast, but if you wanted a better breakfast, one could get a more expensive hotel. Management very friendly and accommodating.

We're regulars at this hotel and we love it every time! Very clean, attentive and kind staff, comfortable beds and pillows. The pool is fun and the Thai restaurant next door is very good.

Very clean with hard wood floors and showers that make u feel like u pressurized. I needed a quiet place after the long road trip and we had own parking stall in front of our room.

Nice clean, quite rooms. Really liked the covered parking too. The shower was kinda funny, but for $52 a night, I am not complaining. If u travel on a Budget I highly recommend it.

This little stop was perfect for our needs. Nice clerk, clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. We were traveling late, through inclement weather, and still had a long way in front of us. It was what we needed when we needed it. Thank you!

It was a great plase to stay. The owners or managers that run the place were very kind and very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. The motel outside very clean and it was very quite too at night. I would stay there again.

Although the rooms dated, they are clean and the service was good. For the price point, thats all you can ask for. The breakfast was simple toast, fruit, and yogurt. I wouldn't want to spend a vacation there but it's the perfect stopover.

Quiet old school based hotel with your own carport to make life that much easier. The owner was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. Will definitely be using this hotel when in this area.

nice place for a rest, it has a seasonal pool and clean rooms. I really feel it is a perfect place for a rest after a long drive. I think this is one of the most valuable motel in this area.

CLEAN! Well appointed, everything works, NEW AC, carpet, microwave, roof, etc. Manicured bushes and trees signal this lovely couple's attention to detail and cleanliness. An absolute gem, and the value is 2nd to none.

We stay here yesterday late night check in & rooms are super cozy . Free parking . They have a iron & dryer also (y) Five star for price

1) Incredible value; 2) friendly elderly couple owns and runs the place; 3) they have thought of everything; 4) it is not the Ritz, but for under $60 I challenge you to find a more comfortable, secure, clean, & accommodating space between here and Chattanooga.
