Cash only truck stop. Best burritos on I-5. I order the Pastors burrito which was highly recommended by a friend of mine accompanied with a pineapple Jarritos; yummy. The two bilingual working ladies are so kind. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted to eat. The parking lot is a bit limited so slow down when touching the gravel lot as some of the rocks have been known to fly.

The service is slow, so call your order in. However, it's slow for a GREAT reason. Everything is cooked FRESH TO ORDER, and they are always busy for that exact reason! It's across from the TA truck stop, so not much for atmosphere, but everyone is so nice, in and outside of the food truck! The burritos are huge and their salsas are the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

As a trucker I've been stopping at the TA for a while but after I finally decided to come over to get food I've not been disappointed. The tacos are the best I've had and the burritos are amazing when I just need to grab something for the road. The wait is usually not to long but it really depends on how many people are here. I'll keep coming back here.

Stopped here while driving on the 5, and it was better than some tacos I’ve eaten in LA and the Bay Area. Would definitely recommend the pollo/chicken (marinated, and super moist) and the carnitas (tender but well fried). The carne asada/steak was pretty average and decent. The tacos come with salsa, but if you want extra heat, ask for extra because it’s delicious.

Great authentic tasting carne Asada burrito Made here. It was recommended to me while I was traveling buy a tire tech in Redding. The flavor is great and the meat is wonderful. Prepared on homemade tortillas Makes them even better even better.
Just a minute off I-5 behind the big truck stop.

Don't tell my wife but best carne asada burrito a perfect balance of meat beans and rice no hot sauce needed
Better count your change though they will charge you $7 for a $6 burrito.
January 2019 I tried the chorizo burrito.
It's a two-handed burrito.
Well worth the six bucks.
Think I'll leave off the salsa next time don't care for a cilantro on my eggs.
The only downside of this place is they're not open 24 hours.
That was two years ago now.

It's now March 2021 hands down still the best carne asada burrito on the I-5 maybe California

Anytime we go thur Corning we have to stop! Best taco truck in the north state.

They have best food . I always stop here and eat . Try chicken fajita with no rice Brito. And beef tacos r best .

This place was such a great find on our way to Mt. Lassen! The food here was excellent and very reasonably priced. Our food was ready 15-20 min after ordering, and was fresh, hot, and flavorful. We tried the chicken tacos (simple and tasty), veggie taco (flavorful beans+cheese with the standard toppings), the egg burrito (amazing), and the pastor combo plate (also amazing). Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and hungry.
