The Home Depot

Usually well stock with a good variety. Staff is usually helpful. My only complaint would be that all the registers are on one end of the store. It would be nice to have registers at both doors for ease of departure.

I go to various Home Depots in our region, and this store seems to be the cleanest, friendliest, easiest to navigate one of them all. virtually every associate I passed in the aisles asked if if I needed help, smiled and greeted me, and I am a total stranger. I’d say they are doing something right here!

What can I say, ummm best store ever! Oh and batteries not included on this item but still would be totally great to have.

I love this location. They are so helpful and I can actually find someone to help me.

Everything you need for gardening and home projects. Great selection of plants.

Our cashier outside was Ronald, a young guy, and he was so kind! He was able to help me with something very quickly and was extremely sweet when doing so, even though he was having to work outside in the garden center in this 100 degree summer heat. Thank you Ronald, and I hope you get a raise!

Home Depot is to me like a carnival would be to a child--a magical place full of many wonderful things!! Im a woman who enjoys power tools even if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for to.get the job done I get so many ideas just browsing the aisles..and of course the people who work there are very helpful. I am a true fan of Home Depot!

We're new to the area and have made several trips to Red Bluff Home Depot since early January 2023.
The overall customer service is great with the inclusion of delivery/installation rendered by two employees who on Jan. 9 provided us with excellent service.
Our special Thanks go to the Appliance Specialist, Rachel. She demonstrated par excellence knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor while helping us with rather complex, multi-appliance order. What could have been a boring ordeal, turned into a super exciting experience. Thank you Rachel!!!

Everyone was amazing, it Angel was above the rest both yesterday and today. He held my husband with a stacked appliance and when we first arrived today, he helped me and told me the info on the product I was asking about and it ended up it wouldn’t work out for me. Had he not been thorough in explaining the product, I would have bought it and been upset when I discovered it was wrong when I got home. So we picked up the appliance at the end of our visit and my husband and him got our appliance separated and helped with explaining what we had to do when we arrived home. Again, wry thorough and when my husband told me his name I looked and it was the same guy who helped me! Very genuine md very helpful. Thank you!!

First visiting Home Depot in Red Bluff! Overall great experience. Would definitely drive back up there to pick up products that our local Home Depot was out of stock. The young who helped us was great. He opened the package for us to make sure we had everything we needed before checking out.

We stopped at this home depot as a pit stop on a rainy day, driving down from Redding. What we found greatly exceeded our expectations! Clean bathrooms with changing tables in both men's and women's bathrooms and a family bathroom as well. The aisles were clean and the store was very well staffed.

Our 13 month old daughter particularly liked the carpet aisle, where she stroked some furry walls and practiced standing.

We purchased a Ryobi mini vacuum cleaner to handle some of her crumbs and: they had a fridge full of cold topo chicos! Both regular AND twist of lime! They certainly stacked that fridge in a way that would make Mr Chi City proud. Iykyk.

Home Depot in Red Bluff always has great customer service. Not sure what they're doing right there but keep hiring the right people. Every one of ever talk to you is always been willing to help me find a part or give me advice or cut a piece of wood. Returns are a piece of cake and I've never had any problems taking something back for store credit or full refund. Often times I will find something cheaper online but it just makes more sense to buy it from the store because of their great customer service!

Associates are so amazing!! We had a large wire order and Keith was so patient to get it all set up for us. Carlos with a "sun" vendor chased us down to help us look for floats!!

Danny at the customer service booth. Awesome. Made phone calls to make sure all items were in order with card carrier. The coupon showed expired promotion when scanned, even though the expiration date on coupon was not. She also organized the pick up of purchased items. Danny and the two young men that loaded our items very polite and most of all HELPFUL. THANK YOU
