They got me in in 15 minutes. Everyone was very nice and tended to my needs. Dr Tracy was great! Highly recommend.

Dr. falcon was awesome!! She's not the typical doctor who's in a hurry most of the time. She's concerned about our kid's health and did more than we expected. The Receptionist was awesome as well. The CNA (forgot the name) did her assessment well. The rad tech was friendly and kind. Like I've said, they're not the typical clinic who's always in a hurry for their next patient.

I was so impressed with this Urgent Care. Everyone was so kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

This is an urgent care location, but also has family practitioners. A recent visit here went really good. The staff were wonderful.

Dr. Falcon is amazing. She is very passionate about her patients’ health and demonstrates just how much she cares. I was seen in a timely matter and had an amazing experience!

I recently had to go into the clinic to get an ear infection treated. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor I saw were wonderful. I can't say enough nice things about my experience. I especially wanted to leave a review as I had read several negative reviews of other clinics before choosing this one, as I would prefer not to go downtown. This clinic had good reviews, and I can say, my experience was fabulous.

We were seen quickly and by a provider (Amanda) that was kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. The provider listened to our concerns and took them seriously. Great experience.

I was greeted by a very kind girl who checked me in, and the care continued until I walked out the door! What a great staff of wonderful caring people🙏 thank you for the great care!! 👍

Dr Falcon is professional, polite, respectful, and courteous. All of the staff here are very respectful and helpful.

We followed our provider to this site from another and have not been disappointed in any way. The new location is actually closer to our home so that’s always a plus as well!

Love this urgent care. Later in the evening it’s barely busy the few times I’ve had to use.

ALWAYS SEEN AT OR BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. DONT HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON, NOT JUST A NUMBER.

They were seriously worried about me, accommodating, and caring. I really felt as if they did all they could to make me comfortable.

First and overall best experience I’ve had, I was impressed by the quick results and answered and assessed with ease and comfort!!!!

The dementia tests, which I had requested, were handled knowledgeably and efficiently, without seeming at all threatening.

I love this place...as much as one can, anyway. Great service and very clean. Friendly staff that listen well.
