This bank is commanded under excellent management and the personality of each teller is perfect for their customer service role. I have been banking here for almost 5 years and I could not imagine a more enjoyable experience. Amazing place because of the amazing people!

Just as good a place as any to get money out. No extra fees and good location. Never excessively busy either.

No lines, friendly, helpful staff. This has been my long-term bank.
I will be staying with them.

They'll let you open up a safety deposit box even if you don't have an account with them

Something is wrong at this branch's ATM. Many many times when I try to do anything at this ATM it will not allow a withdrawal of any amount. The option is greyed out and unselectable there is no message explaining why no note on the ATM and it is very frustrating to constantly have to go to another bank and pay a withdrawal fee to get your own money. This has happened during many hours a day and the middle of the night during business hours and after. I would have already switched banks if it wasn't so tedious to switch bill pay.

I have banked with them for 21 years. There are no perks, no benefits, and they have no interest in helping their customers financially, in any way. Period. I have had hundreds of thousands of dollars in my account, and still do not feel they appreciate me choosing them and staying loyal for all these years. Even through branch closures that were inconvenient I stayed and chose them. No more. I am now searching for a bank who will value me as a customer.

The worst customer service I have experienced out of all US Banks, (one of the reasons I chose US Bank is convenience of most branches being open 7 days a week and a good customer service). The bank teller was very polite and understanding, the branch manager on other hand was very rude and careless. I understand that certain policies are out of their control, but when asked to transfer money from savings to checking teller was very responsive and willing, the branch manager started telling here that customer can do it himself on his account over the internet. REALLY? Is this how you were thought to treat your customers? It's not like I was holding the line, there was literally nobody at the branch, except me. US Bank needs to have a talk with this manager, because she can't assume that it's ok to treat the customer that way simply because next branch is 100 miles away, at least that's where she was sending me to resolve the issue the following day, because transaction is complet after 24 hours. And they were told straight out that I had to drive all the way from LA to make a perches and didn't think that branch from branch is going to be that different. I just wish I could give it, not just zero, but a negative star.

No coin counter. I had to go to a grocery store and pay to do my banking. ATM is also slow and unreliable.
