Great food, fast service, no one else was there. I got the chili relleno and carnitas sope with rice and beans.

The burrito has all the works. Definitely ask for the salsa too!👌

Love that they always have fresh homemade tortillas (never store bought type corn tortillas). Some of the most authentic Mexican food restaurants in town along with one other place. Also open the earliest of Mexican restaurants in town.

Best authentic Mexican restaurant in 100 miles. I would drive any distance for this food. The food is always delicious and taste just a great as the last time. If you enjoy this cuisine i wouldn't go anywhere else. This place is the best!!!!!

Probably one of the best burritos I have had for some time, partly due to the really excellent tomitillo salsa. The chicken was shredded, well seasoned. But it was the salsa that really made it. I will return if I find myself in the area again.

i was in Corning on a Sunday morning and found this lil place to eat. menudo was great. The only downside was the guy that took our order looked like he hated being there.

Don't let the outside fool you the food was fantastic and at a great price and the woman inside was kind enough to direct us to some vendors set up outside the church across the street for some wonderful refreshing drinks. Will definitely be our favorite place to go on Sunday for lunch.

Best tortillas I’ve ever had right here at La Plaza and the rest of the food as well is very good, I definitely plan on making future visits alone and along with friends/family and for a staff of 2 people the food was out quick and the service was good I paid $51 for 3 plates of spicy shrimp which also includes rice, beans, tortillas, tortilla chips with good salsa and the option of tapatio

Burritos are massive and flavorful, rice had good flavor (unlike some other restaurants in the area) beans made authentic and deletions the way your Tia makes them. Menudo, simply put is the best you can get without going to see your Abuelita on Sunday after church. Plenty of tripe, deep rich flavor and best of all cooked with pigs feet. Seen a review on here complaining about ceviche, They don’t even have ceviche so that review if total BS! I know I know, you see me photo and think “what does that wedo know?” but I am half Mexican, grew up around Mexican family and the amazing authentic food. Trust me, I’ve been overfed by all of my Tias and cant stand store bought tortilla.

This small, low key restaurant will treat you like family! And best of all the food is excellent food!

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Very authentic dining experience. The shrimp burrito is one of the best that I have ever had.

This place is AMAZING The home made corn torillas and the red salsa ( not the chips salsa) is to die for, we wont go anywhere else in tehama or butte because every one else is disgusting
