My Chart allows me to express my health situation quickly to my doctor & I received a fast response on My Chart so I was seen in 4 hours. The Physician’s Assistant understood my concerns immediately & suggested an EKG & B/P home cuff checkup & followup BP. Great Care!

Due to an accident, I broke my nose and split my upper terribly. I started out in urgent care, but got sent to ER. After a bunch of tests to make sure nothing was going on, my injuries were assessed as best served by a plastic surgeon. An appointment was made for me for the same day with a surgeon a building away. I was very impressed with all the care and the exchange of medical information between all parties. The whole process was efficient and comforting. Thank you all!

I showed at urgent care right before closing on a Friday night. Everyone treated me promptly, courteously and in a friendly, professional manner. I was very happy with the entire experience.

I’ve been coming to Prevea for years. I have never had a bad experience. Dr Gadsby is always pleasant and informative. The nurses and reception people are always kind and the lab people as well.

My experience was great! They where very helpful they answered all of my questions. The doctors where respectful, kind, and responsible. And they told me if I have any questions to give them a call.

I’m in physical therapy for my second knee replacement. My therapist is Ashley Wilson. She also brought me through 1st knee replacement (performed in February) with outstanding results. Ashley’s personality brings humor and support which dovetails nicely with her cutting edge skill level. The process is painful but Ashley’s balance makes it tolerable!!!

Received exceptional Urgent Care here on Nov. 9 as I was struggling with a respiratory ailment. Service and care here were impeccable from the moment I walked through the doors, to the moment I left. Thank you!

Im a former Aurora Patient. I haven't been to a doctor in quite a while and lived in Los Angeles for most of my life. Keiser Permanente was outstanding but I digress. The reason my mention of Aurora was because the level of care you receive at Prevea compared to Aurora, there is no comparison. From what I've experienced so far, the professionalism and level of care and compassion is leaps and bounds better that Aurora. The cohesiveness between operations and physicians is unmatched. The staff are so friendly and actually seem like they genuinely care. Love Prevea

Service was quick and patients moved in an orderly fashion. It was especially nice to see that our name was on the Monitor as the next guest to be seen.

Dr. Dunker is an outstanding Dr. He listens and truly hears you. He gives all your options and you truly feel cared about. Your in good hands with Dr. And his team!

The staff was wonderful, from the receptionist to the nurse who cked us in and the PA who looked at my Mom!! They took x Ray's and called us promptly with results and answered all our questions!! We will definately

Very good experience when visiting Dr. Metzler and nurse Amanda. They take the time to explain health concerns I have and make suggestions for healthy lifestyle choices that are geared toward my active lifestyle.

Was in and out in under an hour. Kind and friendly staff up front. Was very patient with me during check in.
