I always go here to have new batteries put in my watches, and have had no problems (for many years). The jeweler also works at the Mt. Shasta store, so splits his time. I just leave my watch and come back when they tell me.
I do have a backup watch, so this works for me.

I went into the store to sell gold coins. They said they knew nothing about them. Just another misleading Yreka business ad. They are not people friendly either.
