Cornerstone Properties Inc, and especially Tonya Jester, is a great company to rent from. Very responsive to maintenance issues and quick to answer any questions. Fair and understandable rental documents and professional staff. I’ve rented for over 13 years and in three different states and can easily say that Tonya is the best person I’ve dealt with while renting. Thank you Cornerstone!

My fiance and I were in the market for a house in Siskiyou County. We had very specific needs, a low budget of 100k as well as being first time home buyers. We contacted Pat Atkins, an agent at Century 21, about a home we were interested in seeing out in Montague. The next day we did a walk through of the home and put down an offer. Pat got back to us a few days later and informed us that the owner countered back. We accepted the offer. We could not be more happy and grateful to have had Pat as our agent. Being first-time home buyers there was so much we didn't know but Pat guided us every step of the way. Highly recommended!!
