Best Buy

Went to get my battery replaced for my phone. Was nervous as it was my first time doing so and wasn’t sure how long the wait would be.

Had a great experience with Geek Squad. Shayla checked me in early (thank you so much!) and was super efficient, kind and explained everything so well.

The wait was only 2 hours. My phone works so much better now. Thank you!

I’m so glad I went to this Best Buy for this service. I’d recommend it to anyone. I’m really happy with my experience and it’s thanks to Shayla and the Geek Squad that it all went so smoothly.

Been getting stuff here that I can't find in Sturgeon Bay for nearly a decade, and have never had an issue. I also enjoy that I'm not giving the profits to Amazon, and am supporting, not necessarily supporting a small business, but at least once that's focused on tech, and typically has employees that are able to give helpful advice.

They have taken very good care of us for personal and business needs. I'm not a "big box" type of person but I will always use Best Buy for my tech needs.

I thought it was going to be a long drawn out ordeal to pick up a pre-paid big screen that was purchased online by someone else. Nope. They are a well oiled machine. I was done in 15 seconds! They asked what color truck I had and asked me to pull up. I was barely parked and 2 young men came out with it. They loaded it for me and we were done!
Of course I took time to carefully wedge it, tarp it and ratchet strap it in well. I had a long drive and just had a gut feeling we would have unpredicted rain. We did.
FYI....these big flat tvs are very tippy and tall. They won't stay 'standing' in the bed of your pickup simply because of the ribbing in the bed of your truck, or even a slight breeze. I've picked up many big screens (benefits of being the one that owns a truck) and found that you need wedging material to hold the TV up while you cover and strap. I've used bags of wood chips, straw bales and big plastic crates full of firewood, whatever you have. It would probably work well to get a cargo net from Harbor Freight to throw over the top.

Politely greeted on entry, was asked by a number of employees if we needed assistance, easy to find our item, barely waited in line at all. Overall it was probably the best experience you can ask for when going to a Best Buy.

Best Buy is one of my favorite places to shop. They’re always ready to point me in the right direction. I also went in for phone repair, they got it done and phone looks good as new. The repair was faster than expected so glad about that.

Did some research on a new tv. Ordered it and picked it up. No hassles and was quick and easy!! They even helped me load it. Good experience

Adam, auto tech, from Green Bay Best Buy location was superb! After an Antitheft recall software update was completed by Bergstrom Broadway on my Hyundai Santa Fe , my vehicle locks stopped working completely. Once I noticed this a few days later and called Bergstrom and they never heard of this issue happening. I strongly felt something they did messed up my locks. I did some research and I did find out this update has been messed up if vehicle had a 3rd party remote start placed which I had done by Best Buy a few yrs earlier. I called BB (well that is only downfall because there was no local # and BB uses a foreign country to answer calls but finally they gave me a direct#)) and Adam, tech, had heard of the issue I was having and scheduled for the vehicle to be looked at. He had it fixed within 30 min and no charge! He was so knowledgeable and explained everything well. I am so grateful to have had someone who really cares to help out another person especially when Bergstrom didn't seem to give a hoot.

The sales department is the only department that helped me yesterday. I am an invalid and spend all my time on my iPad. I bought a new one at Best Buy and spent most of yesterday trying to get it delivered.all I got delivered was the case. After the store closed, a very nice young man in the Sales department worked with me to come up with a satisfactory solution. I’ll get the new iPad this morning. I showed my husband sites to transfer my data to the new iPad. No more fighting with my old iPad! I spend all my time informing people in the comments section of news stories. I know so much that nobody else knows. Thank God for your sales department! I don’t know the name of the sales person who helped me but he should be employee of the month! From now on I will go first to your Sales department. No other department will help me.

Just walking into the store I was approached immediately asking if I needed any help, I then went back by the computer section and asked about mircophones and web cams. The guy was very knowledgeable and even recommended sets that he had and used.

We arrived at the store and an employee asked how he could help us. He Sent us to the area with printers and said he would send someone to help us. Jesus listened to us, gave us good advice, answered all our questions, and we walked out with a printer.

A very good store. Have shopped for mine and family’s various gadgets like iPhones, iPads, MacBook, cameras, tablets, GoPro and a drone too. Associates and managers are very friendly. Many varieties in products are available too. Also online shopping is good. They have curbside pickup options too.

All staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Hope they staff in business. Otherwise, where would we go for service?

Was looking for a dryer and the sales guy was amazing. Took the time to show us all the options, went over what was good and even not so good with each brand so we felt good about the one we choose.

Spent more than we wanted on washer and dryer but they got here faster than they were supposed to and weren't backorder like others. The sales rep also helped us chose a final set with checking what was backordered, and prices etc :) He went above and beyond and that reason is why we will return. Thanks Mike!

It is the electronic place to be. Found what I needed and some at an affordable price. New washer and dryer are awesome.

I love this place, controversial by some people, but I have always had a great experience, the sales staff act like there definitely not on commission because there always pushing the cheaper for same level of item, personally I find the staff knolageble and very friendly
