Panera Bread

I love bagels! Panera’s is one of my favorite restaurants. This location seems to be the best run location in Colorado Springs.

I have placed four orders for rapid pick-up. Each order has been ready on time. The order is always right and the food is wonderful!

The staff has been super friendly!

I am so happy that I have found a Panera’s location that I can recommend! Now, I can get my morning bagel fix and not worry about mistakes! I am one very happy customer!

Here’s a tip: You can freeze the bagels, then just thaw as you are ready to eat. It keeps them fresh for weeks.

It was late, and I wanted an oatmeal cookie.
They had one left.
I bought it.
I ate it.
It was good.

Clean store, we used the self serve stations to order our food, which was very user friendly, and the food was super tasty, as per usual. Love that seasonal vegetarian autumn soup

We went there at not such a busy time. The staff was nice, the food was really good, especially my salad since it’s never the same.

Visiting Colorado Springs Colorado. I git a smokehouse whole chicken sandwich & a kitchen sink cookie 🍪[1st] time. Soooo,,, delicious 😋

John was great. He was very polite and patient. The food was excellent as usual it was also very welcoming 😀.

Made my favorite sandwich with no fuss unlike the other Panera off Powers that refused to do so unless it was after 10:30 a.m. I am a morning person and do not like to wait until 10:30 to have my favorite sandwich.

Al 4 of the Panera stores I go to are excellent. The 1st and main store is usually very busy. Hence time consuming. The n. Academy is semi busy. Same with n. Nevada. Southgate varies due to fort Carson. All of which are good n. academy is pictured here

Love this place, great food options and they also have different type of teas to be served, the place is very cozy, good customer service every time I come by, it is a place to go with family and friends.

My daughter and l had a lovely lunch at Panera. We both had to olli cheese soup. It is our favorite. We split a chocolate chip cookie. It was very dry, probably because we were there about 2p.m.. love Panera!!

We love going here for an early check-in with close friends breakfast! There is space a plenty in the morning so you feel comfortable. They have a great choice for food and the coffee is always fresh and hot!! There are refills on coffee available, in addition they have a coffee club which is worth the nominal expense. The customer service staff is always going the extra mile to ensure that you are a satisfied customer!!

Great atmosphere and fair options for gluten friendly although as a well informed celiac I've never had any issues with what I ordered. I usually get the Fuji apple salad. Never had an issue with the squash soup either. Just make sure you read up on the ingredients. I LOVE that I can get hot tea here.

Line to order was long, but that's to be expected when you come in during lunch. The cashier was very nice and courteous, and the food came out great (I had a classic grilled cheese, my fiance got chicken noodle soup). Some of the tables were dirty from previous customers, so I wish there was a staff member or two that pays attention to that. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I'm definitely coming back.

Everything was super tasty. The checkout was a little slow. The baked goods just can not be beat....so yummy!

Best semi-fast food chain resturant! The food is always fresh and delicious. I recommend using the chips to scoop the mac-n-cheese.... you will not be disappointed. The pick-two is such a great option. ALWAYS get that Fiji apple salad and mac-n-cheese bowl

Excellent chicken and wild rice soup plus baguette! Oh, and don't forget a kitchen sink cookie or pumpkin muffin, YUM! I'm sad the plum ginger tea is going away because it's been my favorite tea from anywhere I've been. Hopefully I'll find a new favorite.

I've legit never had a single bad experience at a Panera Bread, and I frequent this chain of restaurants the most. You guys promote health and growth. Your food is tasty, and drink selection fresh! Your bread is out of this world and thank God the smells are free. I'm addicted to the smell of your fresh bread. It's like walking back in time when food wasn't processed and food still tasted like love.

We enjoy stopping at this Panera Bread store. Very easy to get to from Academy and service was very quick. Granted they were not to busy but busy enough. Food is always fresh. We had the Bacon Brovo and a Greek salad. Plenty for two people to enjoy.

I love Panera Bread in general. Love the customer service, the menu (both breakfast and lunch), and the restaurants themselves. We've visited Panera Bread almost weekly for years regardless of which state we lived in (starting with the original St Louis Bread Co!). The service and food is always great, and the Academy location is no exception. My family members each have their favorites on the menu, so on most lunch visits, we order the same thing - though we've tried almost everything at the point and I love trying the seasonal items. Sometimes we eat in (free wifi!) and sometimes we get it to go. Haven't tried the new online order app yet. If there was ever the slightest issue or question about our order, we speak up and it's immediately remedied. Yes, it's a bit pricier than fast food but it's worth it. You get what you pay for: Great service, fresh food and a clean, cozy atmosphere.
