Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

When we walked in and I saw the Broncos stadium chairs and had great memories come to mind. Then I saw the check-in list was written on scratch paper. That threw me off, and I debated leaving. However, once we got sat, we ordered drinks, apps, and started debating what to have for dinner. We decided on a kids burger for my youngest, my 18yo chose a burger, and the rest of us, me, my mom, and middle 2 kids, all had the American feast. What a meal. We started off with deep-fried pickels and cheese curds. Amazing, light, crispy, great accompanying sauce for them as well. Then when they brought out the feast on a trashcan lid as well as the 2 side meals, I was impressed. You get a surprisingly large amount of food for the $76.50 the feast costs. It was so large that 2 grown men, 2 women, couldn't eat it all, and we went home with a lot of food. I highly recommend this place! If they are slow getting you sat, have some patience and enjoy finding the cool aspects of the decor.

food was amazing! brisket was cooked beautifully and had a nice smoke ring. our server Mya was fantastic, restaurant was very clean too! 10/10

Wow! An all-time favorite! It was good to get back to Dave's after being away for a year. One of my favorite experiences at Dave's is understanding and knowing that all the meat is smoked, yet when it comes to the table, all the meats have their own distinct amazing flavor. From the juicy meats to the friendly and fun staff, Dave's is a winner. Great service, fun atmosphere, and, oh, did I mention the meats are fantastic? Can't wait to come back, and I highly recommend you get there for some great BBQ, too.

We order take out for game days. The food is so good my 2 new favs are the Cedar Plank Salmon and the Sweet Whisky Glaze wings, even better on the weekend when the wings are bogo!
The manager Darcy is so friendly and accommodating.

Came in yesterday with some friends from out of town. Had a party of 5 we Had a great experience. They were busy and might have been understaffed but Katie the manager took care of us and was great. Have been in several times and keep coming back becuase Katie is great and always makes sure we are satisfied. Anytime anyone asks about a good restaurant I send them here. Thanks again Katie and staff. Will be back soon. The place has really became awesome.

Famous Dave’s BBQ really is good BBQ. Not everything is great, but I would say that it’s based on palette preference not because it’s actually bad. We tried the Georgia chopped pork, St. Louis Style Spare Ribs, Southside Rib tips, and the Brisket. Sides were Wilbur Beans, Coleslaw, and Mac & Cheese. The chopped pork was quite bland unless smothered in their delicious BBQ sauce and the Mac & Cheese had corn in it which changed the flavor so drastically that it was not something I enjoyed. However, those are flavor differences NOT a reflection of bad cooking. The rest of the meal was fantastic! The cornbread was perfectly sweet with an edge of savory and the meats were cooked until perfectly tender. The BBQ sauce was not overwhelming and none of the food needed any extra sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re someone who has a hard time finding BBQ you enjoy because you already have a place you love. They won’t disappoint. Total was $38 (no drinks, just water).

Very nice and clean restaurant. Aleea was a great waitress and was very respectful about our wishes. She was friendly and fast at her job and kept checking to make sure we were doing okay. Definitely would come here again!

Excellent food! Seated quickly and server quick and attentive- ordered the pick 3 and salmon - everything was delicious down to the cornbread muffin! Sauces were tasty too!

We always enjoy eating at Famous Dave’s. The ribs are delicious! Teresa our waitress was very friendly. Would recommend dining here!

My organization had a large catering order for 300 people with very short notice. I was nervous that it was going to be a problem. Then I spoke to Katie L. She not only was reassuring about getting everything done on time, but provided amazing customer service. It is because of her and of course the amazing food, that we will only order through them for our BBQ needs.

Came by on our way back to Wyoming. Our waiter David and Katie manager were outstanding. Food came out fast and hot. We love Famous Dave's and will make it a priority to stop at this location when we come to Colorado.

Some great barbecue here, been coming here a few times now and haven’t walked away disappointed. Food is always phenomenal and the service has always been fast and polite. They do a good job at keeping things clean and make sure your glass is never empty even if you have a larger party. Whenever you feel like some good barbecue this is the place to go.

We’ve always come to this location. Everyone is always so sweet but this trip was especially great. We pull in and are greeted by their catering vehicle with not a single wheel. The tagline may be “Let Dave do the cooking” but he obviously won’t be doing the driving. Katie, the manager, was truly hilarious. Had us laughing as we walked out the door. Arturo, our server, was also precious. He told us the story of the van and his accent made it so much funnier. He had a smile that lit up the room. The food was wonderful as always but this was truly a great experience all around.

For starters, Daves is awesome bar-b-que! Excellent food, service and fun, friendly environment. Caitlyn in my favorite bartender and Katie who is the manager is AWESOME! You can tell she creates a great environment for her team. Absolutely love this place!!!

Great BBQ restaurant! Lots of menu options and the sauces are really good! The ribs and chopped pork are good go to's. Tried their grilled cheese with pork recently, would recommend!

Great Food, if you want to eat bbq that doesn't taste burnt or like liquid smoke go to Famous Dave's their food doesn't taste like fake bbq, it's actually pretty good!!!
