TruWest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I purchased my truck in Phoenix, but this service department has earned my trust and future business. I broke down in Telluride last year, and this year my truck as been in the shop in Phoenix at a Auto Nation dealer 4 times in 2 months. When i had 10,000 miles it was in the sgop for 8 MONTHS. On my way to telluride my light came back on. I stopped by and Darwin and Timmy totally went out of their way to help me get my truck back on the road. They also found at least 7 things wrong that the previous dealership did and no wonder my truck is at service more than in my driveway. That feeling of driving your family safely is priceless. You don't get this type of service in a big city. I was 100% convinced that my truck was a lemon.... comes to find out the lemon was the service department! Was 1 phonecall away from trading my truck in for a different brand but happy I cam accross Blake and he crew here!Thank you so much!

Had an unexpected battery issue while on vacation in Colorado in our 2024 Ram Power wagon. Stopped here for help. Was helped promptly and our service needs met within 2 hours. We were even taken to lunch and picked up by the staff members! Service with a smile! They genuinely cared about our problems and were happy to help! Thank you so much!

Great service at a great price. I remade an appointment after having to cancel a previous date. They accommodated me without any fuss and kept me up to date about my car via text and email. I am very pleased with the service I was provided.

TruWest CDJR changed my oil, rotated my tires, checked all fluids, and performed a multi-point inspection on my 2021 JLU Rubicon on 9/29/23, a Friday afternoon. We drove the Jeep on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday we noticed fluid on the ground underneath the Jeep. I was hoping it was just residual oil. We could not return the vehicle to the dealership because on Monday we left Colorado to return to Texas, towing the Jeep behind our motorhome. I did reach out to the dealership to alert them we may have an issue with a leak, and we were told to take it to a dealer in Texas and we’ll see what happens.
Upon returning to Texas, we drove the Jeep and the leak persisted. I took it to a dealer in Kerrville that diagnosed it as a transmission pan leak, but they could not perform repairs for 4-5 weeks (I communicated this to TruWest). Because of the long time before a repair could be completed, I took it to a second dealer who diagnosed the issue as “transmission pan note drain plug on the right rear of pan loose and leaking fluid.” The Service Advisor said the bolt was not even finger tight.
It’s clear that the technician at TruWest did not re-tighten this bolt after checking my fluid. There had been no leak prior to the service, and in fact no leak was reported on the multi-point inspection.
It was a costly repair to have the transmission flushed and filled by the dealer in Texas. I texted TruWest to let them know of the issue and cost created by their technician, and also called and left a voicemail for the Service Manager, but have so far not received a response.
We’ll see if they stand behind their work. It’s disconcerting to know that a simple oil change can create such an expense due to technician error. I can only imagine the issues if I had driven the Jeep back from Colorado and possibly destroyed the transmission.

In Cortez for a short visit when I encountered problems with my Jeep. Blake in the service department got me in almost immediately and they began working on my Jeep. Less than 3 hours later, I was back on the road. Very grateful! Couldn't ask for better folks to trust my vehicle with.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable people. They were happy to show me how to get at the drain and filter on my new Trailhawk.

I was not expecting to get a new Jeep, but that’s what happened- Trace found a brand new Compass, got it here and it was what we wanted. Yes, we visited a few times to see other cars and start paperwork but really didn’t expect anything to work out. The team at TruWest made sure that we left with a Jeep we were happy with 😊

We have been customers at True West for many years and have never had the slightest problem with anything. They are always so helpful to get us an appointment (we have to drive an hour) and accommodate us in every way. They have a great waiting room. And will also drive to do our shopping while they work on our car.
They provide us with helpful videos of what took place when they worked on our car or did an oil change alerting us to things that need to be fixed. We love the service department. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Sure, everybody always thinks rates are high wherever you go..... but you get what you pay for and they always seem to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely quicker then it would take me. Good value for the money.

I needed an impromptu oil change midway through a mega cross-country road trip. TruWest managed to squeeze me in on my route between destinations for a same day appointment. Shout out to Carl, my service advisor, who helped me drop my trailer and eased my anxiety of stopping for service during my road trip by making it one of the smoothest appointments I’ve had in a while. They sent me a video of my multipoint inspection, a new-to-me courtesy that I appreciated. After a short visit, I was confidently back on the road for the remaining 2K+ mile trip home.
