We've brought several vehicles in for repair. Their service is second to none. When we brought in one of our vehicles they said recommended us to get another vehicle; as we could spend over $1,000 in repairs and not be any closer to it being fixed properly.

They are the only auto repair shop we will ever use

Professional service at a fair rate! Had some issues sourcing the part needed for the repair but they went above and beyond to assure that the job was done!

These guys have gone above and beyond each and every time I needed something taken care of. Understanding the warranty companies are a pain to deal with from time to time, these guys get it done. They also do fantastic work at a great price and are very thorough explaining to the customers what the issues are and what options you have to take care of the issues. Great service every time and has a loaner car available if needed

The Al Huss family of managers and mechanics is the only individuals I trust to work, maintain, and extend the life of my vehicle. This is the second time I have used this service and both were when I was in a jam. The service people were great. Everything was explained, logged and pictures were supplied. Complete inspection was done, plus the repair and also an oil change. I was given a spot same day and offered a loaner vehicle. They called a few times to tell me where we were at and text me a itemized list of fixes and what I need to watch for in the future. They finished the car in a timely manner and offered a late pick up. They have earned my trust and my business forward.

This is the only place in Green Bay I've taken my car since moving to the area this summer. The technician I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Being someone with barely basic knowledge about cars, I was delighted to have their sales team explain things in terms I could understand. Even though they were more expensive than I expected the service was incredible. There weren't any free treats like other shops provide but honestly I'd rather have good service which AL Huss provides. I recommend this place if you have issues with your car that need to be diagnosed or even preventative maintenance. I went there expecting an oil change and maybe brakes. Come to find, I had parts literally snapped in the wheel well and a variety of other issues they were able to fix same-day. I love their expertise and how they had enough parts for like 6 major repairs for my car on hand. The process was simple and all of my problems were solved the same day I dropped the car off. Highly recommended!

I brought my vehicle to Al Huss for an oil change a few months ago and it was a great experience. The environment was comfortable and the staff was extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. Not only did they change my oil, but also performed a bumper-to-bumper inspection and let me know what other concerns they had. On top of it all, the price was $10 less than I was used to paying at other places. I highly recommend Al and will continue using them in the future. 5 stars from this guy.....great job!

I had a Nate l in my tire, stopped there to have them repair…. They took the tire off my truck, removed the nail, tested that area with soap water and tank test…. No leaking… put the tire back on my truck, road tested and torqued lug nuts….NO CHARGE!!!

I shall return to this honest business for future maintenance and repairs

We deal with a lot of different business in the US. I had some exhaust def problems with my chev duramax. Called and seen if they could check it out and fix it. I was from out of town and coming through for business. The truck was dropped off on a Thursday at 11:00 and I needed to pick it up afternoon on Friday to get home. They said they would check it out and try. Everything was very up front and clear on the costs. We all know there is vehicle maintenance problems that are not the shop’s fault. Cassie, and Al, commuted the issues and I approved the work. They did what they could with the time frame giving and I made it back home without any problems. The earned the five stars on the whole process. Not once did I feel that they where trying to pull a fast one. I am not a person to give out good reviews unless they earned it. Thanks to all the help with my problems on my chev duramax. One other point is the charges we very fair. Nice job!!!!

We were driving to go visit a family member out of town and as soon as we got to Green Bay, a sound started to happen. It was so loud and caused us some panic.

We found the closest auto shop near us and asked if they could help. The front receptionist was super kind, very nice and professional and checked to see if a tech was available. It was 4:45pm and they were getting ready to close for day.

Jon the tech came out with a nice smile, cheerful attitude and said he would check it out. He drove it, heard the noise and decided to take it into the shop and put it up to see what was going on.

No less than 5 minutes he came out and showed us what had happened. He made it safe for us to drive back to Sheboygan for our regular mechanic to work on it and didn’t charge us a thing! Thank you Jon for your help and thank you to Al Huss Auto & Truck Repair for being able to help us in a time of need!

Today our window came off track... other places couldn’t get to us without just dropping the vehicle off... called this shop and he told us to come in and he would see what he could do. They were all very nice, positive, and smiley! Even offered to let us loan one of their vans if need be.. very great experience! Fixed up our vehicle for us and kept on everything as we waited (claims and whatever else they needed to do). I highly recommend this shop!

They are always up front with cost, always telling you what can and can not wait. They are willing to work with my schedule, take the to explain what things are and when I needed they've lent me a loaner car without cost. Super friendly and honest people. Highly recommend them!!

Al Huss is great, I've been going to them for years. They have always treated me fairly and have competitive prices with other local shops.

What a great repair shop! Clean and tidy inside. Very friendly reps that are easy to talk to about your car troubles. Fast inspection and repair. I only have nice things to say about Al Huss Auto. I bottomed out my little car and knew something cracked or broke loose. They found the problem and were able to repair it without having to order parts. (woohoo!!) I'm planning on keep my car a very long time and feel good knowing I have a local shop to count on.

They came out and tried to pick up my car but by then it had no brakes! I had it towed to the shop.
They did the repairs which were extensive and dropped the car off at my house again.
I am happy with their service.
They do not charge for picking up and dropping off. I like that.

Al Huss and John and his team at the GB location were excellent. We took in our Dodge Ram for some fairly sizable repairs.
The communication, professionalism, and follow up to ensure we were satisfied was outstanding!
