Starbucks

We are visiting from Southeast Wisconsin, and stopped for a quick coffee before the drive home. Pulling up to the speaker we were greeted so warmly! And huge shoutout to Lisa working the window, she made us feel so welcomed! Overall, great service and phenomenal staff!!

Charles is fantastic. He went out of his way to make me a pour over, with perfect technique BTW, while handling a rush.
Every partner in the store was friendly and efficient. They kept the store clean and restocked during down time. As a former 8 year partner and a manager, I know what a well run store looks like.
Glad I stopped here on my road trip.

I got the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino Blended Beverage and it was amazing. Their cake pops are always to die for. Definitely recommend. The wait time was maybe 3 minutes? Went drive through.

“When in Rome”
I was in Green Bay and I needed my cup of coffee so I headed over to the local Starbucks and it was really nice and it felt very comfortable, and welcoming to be there. staff was wonderful and the coffee was awesome.😁

Super friendly staff! They wrote good luck on my cold brew because I mentioned I was on my way to an interview!!!

Went through the drive-through and didn’t notice till after I left but my drink didn’t taste or look right so I called and they made it right when I was able to stop back. Which is much appreciated. Thank you for the great customer service.

Not sure why the negative reviews, but this location has always done good for me. Been to the new location at least 2 dozen times now. Staff is always nice and I’m greeted with a smile at the ordering counter. Keep up the great work! Cheers!

Great service and my cold brew was tasty! Plenty of room for me to get some work done between appointments. Added bonus 😉

I can’t say enough good things about this location, truly I should’ve left a review years ago cuz corporate. Every single employee is friendly, welcoming and great at their job. Particularly Ajii; I look forward to seeing them when I get my coffee and love how personable the interaction is every single time. I wouldn’t go to any other location for my daily caffeine.

All around amazing experience. The staff is awesome and personable. I always feel welcome here. The drinks are great and the food is always made great as well.

Maria took my order and cashed me out and she was amazing!! so friendly and nice, i would come back just for her service.

Went through the drive-thru tonight and the girl helping me was SO friendly and chatted while I waited for my drinks!! It was so nice to be served by such a kind and energetic personality! Very grateful for her cheer!! The drinks were great too!

Stopped in late on a Tuesday night, the barista named Thursday was extremely helpful and made us the best pink drinks. 11/10 experience!

I love the new location. It's a little more difficult to get out of the drive thru and onto the main road, but usually I'm through the drive through so fast that it doesn't matter.

The staff have some really good recommendations, which is nice since I'm always trying something new.

My drinks are always made well and taste amazing. Keep up the good work!

I came through the drive thru to for an iced chai and was greeted by a wonderful, caffeinated Cooper! He introduced me to blonde espresso for my drink and by far my favorite Starbucks experience ever.

Fastest service,nicest workers and best drinks ever! We brought our tennis team in after a long day of matches before we got on the road for 4 hours. We were out of there in record time and the bathrooms were nice and clean too! We will definately make this location our preferred one while in Green Bay. :)

Been going here for sometime now and they are always super busy, but at the same time, fast and efficient. Even when they don't have something in, they are the first to suggest something similar or something new for you to try. The staff is always nice and energetic. Going there makes my day start off on the right foot!

I am not a fan of drive thoughs due to long lines and making sure the order is right. But this line went very quick ordering was easy and they made sure the order was correct before giving our total. Everyones order was very good and we will be back when on this side of town.

Went through the drive through and got a pumpkin spice frappuccino. The employee was friendly and efficient, and the drink was delicious. Will go back.
