I have been with Bankfirst for many years and hold multiple accounts with them including my business account. This location is poorly managed and has the worst morale and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I recently brought my teenage son in to open an account. Mind you it was only 4:30 when we arrived and they were all standing around and started locking the doors already. We were the only customers in there and were told to sit and wait. After 10-15 minutes I was so disgusted with the treatment I literally stood up and told everyone how rude an unacceptable it was to start closing while we were sitting there waiting to be taken care of while everyone just kept ignoring us and walking back and forth. I understand we all want to go home at the end of the day but customers should not be treated that way. Completely ridiculous… I plan to find a new bank bc of this.
