Chase Bank

Crystal Joski was extremely helpful ! I walked in the bank and spoke to a man in the front told him a little bit about the problem im having with a claim i filed and he immediately told me that their banker's probably would not be able to help me. I requested to speak with a banker still and was directed to Crystal. It was close to the bank closing, and she still went out her way to help me with my claim. I told her my problem and showed her my emails, my receipts etc. She called the claims department and advocated for me while speaking on the phone with them. She wrote down each transaction on paper and had the receipts to back it up and was able to explain to the claims rep where chase error was. The claims rep was giving Crystal and I a hard time initially, but he finally came around after Crystal broke things down for him serval times. She's got way more patience than me because I was so upset and ready to end my relationship with Chase if it wasn't for Crystal I probably would have. In the end of the convo, I received a temporary credit and left home so appreciative of Crystals help. Ive never seen anyone advocate and work so hard for a customer ever ! Unfortunately, weeks later chase messaged me on the app and removed my credit they clearly still had miscommunication because I had all the proof. I got tired of fighting with them because it seemed they only picked up or listened to half the problem. Im disappointed in Chase but Crystal's customer service will forever have an impact on me because she showed true, quality, good customer service. ! So MAJOR shout out to Crystal !

I received fast and courteous service when I went there to make a deposit for a family member.

Great people who are knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy my time with all of the employees.

No envelopes in night deposit

No lights on in drive thru lanes when it's pitch black outside. Would be nice to see what your doing at the ATM while it's not accepting bills.

If I could give less stars I definitely would. I have been banking here for 15 years and used to love them. I understand the idea of fees and why they are necessary. But I haven't had a problem with being charged fees for NSF if the account was overdrawn less than $5 before. I get that I made a math error by $2.13. So now they couldn't charge an overdraft fee so they returned a payment for NSF of $2.13 so they could charge a $34 NSF fee. They apologized and refunded the fee but not before the other company charge me another $35 returned item fee. All this frustration for a math error of $2.13. So disappointing.

My husband and I needed to change some things with an account. We called this location 4 times. No one answered. We called another location and asked some questions and they had said we could just go into the Bank and take care of it. The other location did say “Yes, the Packerland branch tends to have a lot of trouble answering their phones....”
We arrived, met with a female banker. She was very rude and we felt very uncomfortable. She was not personable or friendly. Seemed to be having a bad day. We worked with Brian before and really liked him a lot!

I was very upset about our experience at this location...then read the reviews and realized maybe we should have gone to another location!

I would say that the CHASE bank is a “SCAM” bank. On September 22th, I deposited money in the ATM here and on October 11th I received a letter that they closed my account (I don't know why they closed it), I called and asked them my money in bank account , they say gave it back to me , i waited 1 month i kept calling and they said there was no money in my account so they couldn't return it back , i deposited my money in the ATM , why did they say that and they didn't give me an answer, they didn't return my money back either. SCAM .

Changed banks. They didn't even call us when my daughter turned 19 they automatically switched her account and started charging her fees because they said she had to maintain a balance and have over $500 of direct deposits. They will find any and every reason to charge you. When i called the ladybon the phone was like oh that's too bad i can not help with that. I was like i can I'm gone i don't care how much of pain it is to switch banks.

28 year business customer. Called to try to get PPP loan and was put to voicemail. I left message but never received a call back. Waited until second round of loans and called again but was told that they were no longer processing PPP loans. Called my local credit union and they helped me instantly. Just moved all account out of Chase. Chase is more interested in their big New York Business relationships than us little guys, ridiculously low interest rates, high fees. Just stay away from Chase, bank local.

Apparent chase is too cheap to pay their reps to be open past 3 for people that actually work. They dont want to handle disputes & give money back so they make you mail in your fraud charges so they can say they never got them. They need to be reported for how they are handling things & how they actually breach personal banking information against the customers will

I have nothing but trouble with Chase checking account and their Debit card associated with the checking acct. I have been embarassed too many times to count at Kwik Trip, Woodman's, clothing stores,etc. It was several times at Woodman's and Kwik Trip too.The excuse from Chase was it wasn't my correct PIN number. Which was a joke. I would have used the card the night before with the same numbers and it worked. I knew they were the correct numbers , they were the dates of my best friends birthdays.
Then if their fraud department suspected anything at all, they would deny that debit plus all the other debits you wanted to make the rest of the day. I got so mad the first time they did that I called and said I shop here all the time. They lifted my card denial. But it kept happening. More embarassment. My son transferred money from his Chase Account to mine but I couldn't use until I went on my account and found out on my own the foolishness I had to do. I had to check if I wanted to accept this money from my son, yes or no. That's when I had had enough. It's bad enough I had never heard of that before from them,but they kept my money for a week for themselves. I didn't have it, neither did my son. Think of how many people they do that to.I keep waiting for that money, I really needed it. Their excuse was it was extra security. That's as dumb an excuse as I ever heard. If some one was smart enough to get into my account in the first place, they were already in to do the damage. Ease up on all that crap Chase, you are going to lose a lot of customers. I've heard many check out people say to me they've heard the same thing.

I pulled up to go the drivethru to make a deposit, as it was raining and I didn't want to go into the bank. They had boarded up their drive-thru and said that they no longer offer drive-thru service at that branch and that if I wanted to make a deposit I was welcome to use the drive-up ATM....I said no thank you. I have had troubles with their ATMs in the past being out of order and not in working order and not making the deposit right away into my account. They pride themselves on being a "full service" bank. I beg to differ...I am going to pull my money out, as I have banked there for almost 30 years and I go there because it was so convenient and near my house. I know they are doing this to save money....Big corporate banksters is what they are...Don't think twice about screwing the little guy and asking the tax payers to bail them out when there was a banking crisis....I will be going back to my local credit union, where I will be treated like a person and not a number.

I have banked here for a total of 5 years and they have never been able to do a single thing to help me or my business. We have tried over and over and if your a small business I would bank somewhere else. It took them over two weeks to get back to us on a line of credit and they switched me between 3 people to tell me they couldn't help us to telling me they could to telling me they couldn't. What a joke. As soon as I have time to change all my accounts Im leaving them and never looking back.

Wasted my lunch break trying to deposit a small amount of cash into my account, because I didn’t have an ID and this branch wasn’t the one I normally go to, they thought I was trying to launder money. Should have stuck with the credit union I banked at before. Thanks chase for wasting my time.

I have never had a teller raise their voice to me or be so condescending and rude. Due to Robert's terrible service, I immediately withdrew my entire account and will never do business with chase again!
