I love coming here. I've been taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee to get service every since I had it. Nico is a great guy and always go far and beyond to make sure my Jeep is running properly from the routine service maintenance to always bringing it to my attention if it needs something. The service guys are great. I really like that they show you a video to go over what they discovered that needs to be addressed. I won't go anywhere else. They are very professional which is a big plus for me. Thanks again guys and Nico. Keep up the great work.

Arrived to service department and they were ready for my vehicle and reviewed the service I requested with me. It was spot on. Took the car in and sent a video to me with the recommended repair. The service department then followed up with a phone call for any questions and approval from me to do the service. They were great at constant communication on the repairs. Excellent experience.

Worked with service member to determine best tires for my vehicle and at the best price. They included mounting and balancing as part of my deal. Got a 4 wheel alignment to make sure everything was aligned correctly. Traction control issue was found and corrected with a new vacuum check valve. My Jeep is now 100% again. Everything was professionally done and so were the people. Always a pleasure to take my Jeep to Cochran Jeep.

The whole experience was amazing! From dropping the Jeep off to constant contact with Nico and the great mechanic that actually fixed my Jeep! Sent a video and all! My service at Cochran Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Allegheny Valley was very good. The service was on time, done and quickly. Chris George, the service guy, was very approachable, informative and helped with an issue I had with a previous service contract. They also did a video of the service and showed me brake wear, tire wear and overall condition of the underside of my vehicle. That was a nice touch.

Had the best experience at the dealership. All the sales team members were amazing. Talked me through the vehicle and helped set up my phone in the car. Was in and out with a new car! 110% recommend!!

I took my 2022 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock in because it wasn't shifting correctly, and the Android Auto was glitching. The service dept. diagnosed the problems and updated the software for both the transmission and the radio. Problems solved! They also kept me informed during the diagnosis and repair. I give the service dept. kudos for a job well done!
