Hoss's Steak & Sea House

I loved it there... great food, great service... really personal and kind.

We have heard about Hoss's for years while visiting our family in the Pittsburgh area. However, we had never stopped at one until tonight on our way home to eastern PA. It was a surprise! I enjoyed the salad bar, which had all of my favorites and delicious homemade soups. I was excited to find beet eggs and applebutter! My husband had a sliced steak sandwich that he said was delicious. It was a great deal and I'm sure we'll be back.

I stopped by Hoss's recently on a road trip. I was there for lunch and had their all-you-can-eat salad, soup and dessert bar, along with the optional Willy burger for $2 more. This place was great! The food was very tasty and my waitress was very friendly and attentive. The place was very clean and well kept. My only regret, was that I don't live close enough to eat here much more often

Always love Hoss's! Fresh salad bar always, and fast friendly service. This really applies to every Hoss's I've ever visited. Pretty nice menu, covers all the bases. The prices are always good.

Food was delicious

Steelers game was on the TV. And all the customers were really enjoying it. What a great atmosphere!! Everything was great, and the employees did an awesome job. Even the tables were cleared off quickly. Our steaks were a perfect medium rare 😍 Thank you, everyone, for an enjoyable dinner!!!

To the waitress last night. I told you it was my 40th birthday. You brought me out a cupcake with a candle in it. I hope you know that small gesture ment the world to me. What you didn't know is, I didn't even get as much as a card for my bday. All year long we go all out and celebrate everyone's birthday and mine came and went without any acknowledgement or celebration. He wanted to come to your restaurant so we did. The food was amazing. The servers were phenomenal. It's a great atmosphere. I wish I could remember her name. She had a beautiful watch on. I will never forget her kindness

The server was so patient even when my 2 year old grandson got upset. She said she's had 2 year olds of her own and to take our time and she'll come back later for our order. The place was very clean and peaceful.

Very good selection. Great salad bar and a $2 burger with our is a nice option. Soups, chips, salad, desserts, ice cream etc. Burger was very good as well (lil willy).

Joyce was an absolute joy, we were blessed to have her as our server. We are from out-of-town, and she made our trip even more special.
The salad bar was well stocked, and was delicious.

Love stopping here when in the area. Great family restaurant. Great food choices. (Do wish there were a few more protein options on the delicious salad bar.) Wonderful wait staff - very attentive and helpful. Very clean - dining room and restrooms. It's a great place to stop!!

For having an Anniversary $5.99 salad bar and Fall Foliage weekend in our area, they were a well oiled machine. Ashley was our server and was fabulous, never missed a beat and everyone working was smiling.

Food was top notch! Steak tips with peppers and onions was so tasty I ordered a second helping with all the fixens.

Will be back!

What a blast from the past. Forgot about Hoss's. Went back after decades and it has stood the test of time. Same decor, which is timeless and nostalgic. Super clean and super friendly staff. The salad bar is bar non the best salad bar in the greater Pittsburgh area. Blows away Eat N Park and Ruby Tuesdays, both on quality and selection. I can't even list everything they had at the salad bar because I think I blacked out. Total cost of $13.78. Value never goes out of style.

Friendly, very efficient service (thanks, Seth!) that made us fans of this local chain. Fresh food, good selection, and an extremely clean salad bar - understandably popular with everyone in the area.

Felt just like a hometown Hoss's. Food was good. Service was good. Salad bar was delicious.

Our server, Seth, was great. The manager comped a meal when they didn't have too.(mistake was corrected and I enjoyed it).Food was good. Very clean. The only food we did not enjoy was the chicken noodle soup. It had no flavor at all.
