Amazing Service. Madison did a wonderful job getting us ready for our first Travel Trailer. Katrina, the finance manager was amazing in closing our purchase. Trailer was prepped and ready to be hooked up and they even had the articulating hitches installed for us! We are super happy with East Coast RV!

I highly recommend East Coast RV Sales in Bedford, PA. Madison and Katrina were great to deal with. Honest and true to their word along with giving best price and trade in value. I like the fact that they have no hidden fees like most other RV dealers, such as dealer prep and charges to change hitch equipment. They also include a lifetime warranty at no extra cost. They were ready for me when I arrived, Corey went over the camper, installed the hitch while I completed the paperwork with Nate, and again Corey went over the hitch operation before cutting me loose. How fortunate for us that East Coast RV is right beside Friendship Village Campground in Bedford, PA! This morning, I busted the glass cooktop on my stove. They were able to remove the busted frame and hook us up with some other items we'd been meaning to purchase, with very little notice. Michelle was especially helpful. Thank you!!

After looking forever We bought a pre-owned forest river. We are so happy with this camper and they made it easy and they're honest and upfront. We drove from 2 hours away to purchase from East Coast RV because they were such a good deal. Their out the door price was $7,000 less than we were quoted by Camper’s Inn for the same exact model of RV. They don’t charge the outrageous preparation fees the national RV dealers charge to inflate the price. We also received a rock bottom interest rate from a local bank they work with. The purchase was seamless and without any unnecessary hassle. Chuck in Sales and Nate in Finance were great. Thanks again!

Trevin and Nate were very welcoming as soon as we stepped into the showroom, which was huge and organized. Gave us plenty of time to browse around their inventories at our own pace. Trevin was super patient, did not pressure us to buy or used any sales gimmicks you'd typically hear at other RV dealers. Finally agreed on a great price for the new Little Guy RV but due to last minute family emergency, we had to back out of the deal. Issued initial deposit refund promptly. We would definitely go back to these guys for our next RV purchase when we are able. We highly recommend East Coast RV Specialists. These guys will not be undersold!

Like most people who leave reviews I usually am really happy or really upset. This is a really happy situation. If you want an RV, this is the place. Great service, great selection, great people. After months of research on rvtrader I drove 10 hours each way to get an RV here and I will certainly do it again when I get another one! Just one of many examples of how they made this a smooth experience is when I discovered I didn't have a brake controller in my truck. They dropped everything they were doing and pulled techs from their work to get it set up immediately

I dealt with Trevin on just getting payment ideas on a new camper. I decided on not going with the camper but not once did Trevin push me to get the camper and make a purchase I wasn't comfortable with. We looked different campers and still couldn't come to terms but I wasn't upset. Trevin was very easy to deal with and would recommend him anytime someone asks about a camper purchase!

We have had our Kodiak for a little over a year. Unfortunately we did have to travel 2 hours each way to East Coast RV Specialist a few times because of shoddy manufacturing practices. Note non of this was East Coast issues. We were lucky some of the work was covered under warranty. I want this to reflect the quality service and attentiveness we received from them at all 3 visits. Our most recent visit was for more manufacturing issues. Our tech went above and beyond and made corrections to a few other deficiencies he noticed and took it upon himself to fix it for us. I would highly recommend East Coast RV Specialist for any and all RV needs.

East Coast RV is top notch. Michelle gets you scheduled as soon as possible and is knowledgeable with any questions I have had. Vince does great repair work. I am a full time RV nomad originally from Bedford, PA. If I need something done that can wait until I come home to visit family, I schedule the work with East Coast. I didn't purchase my Class A here but they treat me like I am a life long customer.

Bought our first class c from East Coast and now can truly say that our salesmen Andy is outstanding with his knowledge and attention to what we were looking for in as first time buyers. Although we had some problems with our unit the service department was outstanding in fixing all issues in a professional and timely manner. Now that we have had our first RV season under our belt as newbies we upgraded to a much larger class c from another dealer. Make no mistake we went back to East Coast and they just didn’t have the model type we were looking for although Andy went above and beyond to try to help us. I can say without any reservation now that we have purchased our new class c from another dealer that experience has been far from enjoyable so far and from their attitudes we only hope that we don’t have any issues because unlike East Coast this dealer only knows you when your buying after that they are awful for customer service. If we buy another RV it’s East Coast all the way!

The team at East Coast that I worked with, Chuck, Nate, Jeremy, and Chris…as well as everyone I interacted with was honest and took great care of me. From my first inquiry to driving out of the lot I was treated well, I highly recommend this place especially for others looking to buy their first RV!

Met with at the Pittsburgh RV show. Found the Little Guy Mini Max and fell in love. Andy and Nate were great to work with. Traded in a motorhome for the Little Guy and can not be more happy. Camping now 4 times and still getting used to the size, but it fits us and our 4 little dogs. This trailer is small.but has a huge feel with all the modern touches. Had a weekend that was mostly rain and we still enjoy our time. Can't wait to get the sun shade and awning, these additions will greatly enhance our camping experience.
