We recently moved into a new house and needed our furnace and water heater cleaned and serviced. We had a wonderful experience with Rabenstein’s! Great customer service when scheduling and the pricing was fair and reasonable. The gentleman who came to our house was helpful and honest. We would definitely recommend them and will be using Rabenstein’s again!

I had a new water heater installed. Ken and Brian were fast & courteous. No hidden costs, it was exactly what i was quoted, plus a few extra bucks for fixing a drip that was discovered. I would definitely recommend them!

After having several minor leaks with my plumbing, I had Rabenstein come out to fix the current leak and to assess the situation with my pipes. They were extremely knowledgeable, quickly figured out where all the pipes in my house run, quickly fixed the leak and then explained the options they could do in getting existing pipes replaced to prevent future leaks. I was very happy with their service, knowledge and explanation of my future options.

Just bought a house a couple months ago went down to the basement and seen I had water leaking out of the furnace needless to say I was worried I called and got an appointment scheduled for the following day Dillon and Dustin the technicians showed up diagnosed the problem quickly cleaned my furnace had me back up and running both where very polite and professional and answered all my questions and concerns very happy costumer and if you have an issue with your HVAC I give RABENSTEIN heating air conditioning & plumbing 👍👍

All of the above!!! They put a new bathroom in for me and they were awesome with it. I trusted these guys I could leave my house while they were here. I actually gave them my key to my house to use while they were doing my bathroom. I’ve had them serviced my furnace twice, and they help me with the air filters, very courteous, very knowledgeable, and I wouldn’t refer them to anyone!!!!

We are fairly new to the area and had several recommendations to contact Rabenstein after we woke up and notice our furnace quit. I called around 8:30 am and the customer service was nothing short of amazing. They assured me someone would be out by noon the same day, I was more than pleased with how fast they were getting someone out to service our furnace. Within an hour and a half Rob showed up and went to work on finding the issue. Within an hour he had our system up and running and was very informative and explained everything very well. We are very happy with the services they provided and highly recommend Rabenstein!

Upon arriving Neil explained clearly what he would do inside and outside our home, in order to perform maintenance on our A/C Unit. He made things very easy to understand as we very rarely got the unit serviced. He did a great job and had very good communication skills. He also found some mold issues that we were unaware of, that needed to be addressed. He cleaned the unit very well. We are quite thankful he alerted us to the mold issues inside the unit (which is almost 25 years old) as if let go could affect us with health issues. We will continue to use Rabensteins to install our new unit and continue to use them for regular maintenance, as we feel they are very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with.

After my first time using Rabenstein they have a customer for LIFE! Ken and Brian took the extra time to really investigate the issue and figured out the problem, fixed the problem, and on they went. Totally knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I can't say enough how impressed I am!

Great people for starters. Trevor came in my home for a estimate and he is so professional, went over what he could do for me and not what i have to do. Came back with an excellent price for the job beat all other competitors. The crew came in with-in the time frame he gave me and what a great bunch of guys. They did the job fast and a great job at that. They went above and beyond our expectations. We are gonna recommend them to family and friends. They are our permanent go to for any other work we get done.

On 2/1/23 P.M. we phoned the after hours number as our furnace blower wasn't working properly. We spoke to a fantastic fellow, Chet. He was so very nice and informative and helped us to understand what might be the issue and went above and beyond to put our minds to ease about a nerve wracking and unexpected situation. His confidence and knowledge helped us rest easy that evening. He remained in contact with us the next day 2/2/23 to update us on the part we needed and his ETA. He was very timely and efficient, explained everything to our understanding and beyond that, he phoned my husband that wasn't home at the time of his arrival and repair and updated him after he fixed our furnace. The customer service he provided was absolutely outstanding! We couldn't possibly be more satisfied with our first experience with Rabenstein's & Our new BESTIE CHET!

Our central air went and they had someone scheduled to come over the exact same day which was clutch. Neil was great. He explained exactly what he was doing and what needed to be fixed. We trust them and they will continue to earn our business.

Replaced a broken sump pump, saving my basement from flooding, and installed a new ball valve on main water line. They were very knowledgeable and answered questions. A great bunch of guys!

We called Rabenstein to help us when we noticed water underneath our furnace. The service person arrived on time and was super friendly. Not only did he help us with our issue, he went above and beyond to provide info on preventative measures to take in the future. We are satisfied with the service we received, will call again for future needs, and would recommend them to friends and family who need heating/AC assistance!

Edited to add: Rabenstein recently saved my relative literally $8k. They called another local Heating/AC company who told them they needed their furnace and AC replaced, and they were quoted $8k. I told them to call Rabenstein to get a second opinion. The service person came and took care of what needed to be fixed in 1 service visit. And same experience as mine… friendly service, and the person talked my relative through everything they did. My relative cried when they told me, they were so happy. So thank you, Rabenstein, for taking care of my relative and giving them peace of mind.

My furnace quit so I made a call to schedule a service call. They were able to send a service tech out the same day. After repairing the issues the tech explained what he did as well as some maintenance things I should do to prevent more issues. The tech also was respectfully honest with the condition of my old furnace and got me a price for upgrading it.
I would recommend Rabenstein. Thanks for the good experience.

Rabenstien HVAC to install to heat pumps for my home .Both Shawn and Corey did a professional job on installation. I highly recommend their staff and employees. They completed all my paperwork to receive my rebates. You're missing out if you pick another contractor. From start to finish you have peace of mind job will be done right .

Recently the handle for our upstairs shower became loose. It would rotate 360deg from off to full on. Chet arrived. Fixed the knob and adjusted the mixer towards the hot side.
