Customer service has always helped me. I buy my boots directly from Double H. Long-lasting, strong, flexible boots. Extended break-in period, but very comfortable after. Many made in USA.

Best boots I've ever had. Just purchased a new pair although my other two have plenty of life left in them. My favorites are over 20 years old. Like an old friend. Great American boot!

Not a well managed company. Factory website lists the Wellingon 4E 11" AG7 boot in size 13, 4E width, but none of the vendors listed by the company will special order from Double H. The Double H customer care did not want to help. The company makes great USA boots, but is not interested in sales. What a shame; Double H would be the very last US manufacturer to make 4E width mass produced western style boots. I had better customer care support from a boot company with a factory in Mexico.

Same issue as everybody else. Was a big fan of double H until I got a pair that didn't fit. Tried them on walked around the house some that same day, the boots never left the hardwood floor but they were extremely tight so I took em off that same day and sent an email I'd be returning them. And I was gona order another pair just ones without the waterproof liner. Several weeks later I get the boots back in the mail with a note saying they wouldn't accept them the back the boots had been worn ? You mean when I put them on to try and walked around the house to see how the felt ? I emailed them saying this was ridiculous I had them on inside for an hour tops and I won't keep a 200 pair of boots that I can't wear. They ignored it. It's been a week no response.

What a scam, ordered 2 pairs of boots on line to see which fit and felt best, tried them on and liked one over the other. I paid the shipping back and 2 months later got the boots back with a note that said they were worn so they couldn't return them. What kind of company sells this type of product online and doesn't allow the customer to try their boots on! I then reached out to customer service and got the same response via email. The boots I kept are nice, but don't buy these online unless you are certain you will keep them, as you'll likely be out $150+ if you don't.

For reference- Nokona & Ariat have allowed me to return boots that don't fit or feel right for different sizes or models in the past... buy anywhere but here.

Souls are glued, not sewn, and come apart ! Bought 2 pairs in the last six months and souls came apart on both pairs!

I bought a pair of Phantom Rider composite toe while on vacation in Pigeon Forge,TN at French's Boots.They were great boots and I used them every other day. A month later, the soles started to separate in multiple places, especially at the toe. I contacted Double-H and they said I had to return them to the original store. Problem is that it's 8 hours away. I called French's and they said I'd have to pay for the shipping and they'd give me store credit. I can't be there to try on other boots and see what I want as a replacement. I contacted Double-H again and they said that there's nothing they will do for me, even given the circumstances. Their boots failed after 30 days and they do not even try to accommodate me a little. They wouldn't even pay for the shipping! I use these boots to make a living. I saved up to buy them, now I'm in a cheap pair of old Walmart boots until I can save for another brand of work boots. Avoid this company, they are junk and they do not stand behind their product!

If I could give this 1 stars, I would. My husband ordered theses boots after many videos on YouTube indicating that the boots are great. However, I can say otherwise. My husband wore the boots 20 minutes, and instantly regrets being interested.

For returns and refunds, I would say this is one of the most unorganized systems. As each box is given a RANDOM return slip. There is no way for the company to know if the boots are being returned until they have shown up at the warehouse. You can tell them the tracking of that return slip, but they can't verify how long from then does the refund can occur. Also, they charge you for returning the boots. You will get that amount taken from the refund when it is initiated. We had returned the boots April 23, 2021. It is May 5th. We called, no one knew what exactly the boots are and what are the next steps. They indicated to me it will be the next day possible as what is indicated in their company policies. Also, they could not assure me the amount that would be refunded to my account.

I like Double H boots and was given a pair of Cattle Baron (DH5234) boots as a gift. Love the boots, the soles are another issue. The boot soles are slick AH !! Even after using a sander on the soles and heels! Customer service couldn’t help nor would Double H replace the poorly made soles with a replacement sole??
Spoke to the store where they were purchased and they can’t take them back, understandably, due to the sand sole.

I expected way more from Double H Co.

So disappointed. The sole started to seperate after 5 months. Double H offered NOTHING not even an apology. Told me ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We have purchased Double H for over 12 years. The quality is changing and the customer service sucks. They don't care about there customers. Bye bye Double H HELLO Twisted X boots... good quality and good customer service!!!

They don't stand behind their products. Had a manufacturer defect and they would not fix the problem even though I can drive to the factory in a short period of time. Made me pay to send the boots back to the retailer again.

I bought my first pair of double h boots 5 months ago...at 4 months the souls started falling off...at five months the liner is falling out and I can't even get the damn things off my feet without shoving a stick down in to hold the liner !!! Worst garbage I've ever bought !!! Don't waste your money on this trash
