We had an awesome experience there today. They fixed the ski boots of my youngest. The team was super friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. They have an awesome selection and are Highly organized. Highly recommended for anything related to skis, boots, snowboards, or related gear.

Had an incredible experience here with both service and sales while on a snowboarding trip. They saved me from sitting out on 2 days of riding. Nate helped me fix what I had broken and get a new pair of boots.

I was an out of stater that needed to rent ski’s, my group was going to hit the trails early the next morning and I arrived later in the day to the place we were staying. I arrived at the store shortly after they had already closed and the gentleman downstairs stayed late to get us all setup with rentals for the following day. Most stores would’ve turned you away after closing but they went above and beyond. Also the equipment they rented us was immaculate and clean. Highly recommend!!

On day one, third run, both our binding disintegrated. Seeing that Equipe is an authorized Burton dealer we made the drive over, spoke with Nate, found what we were looking for, and he was efficient enough to get everything installed while we waited.

Nate is a asset to Equipe, his community, and to us, the customer. His recommendations to our stance, equipment, setup allowed us to improve our ride time the moment we stepped back on the snow.

I stopped by the shop after a day of riding at Mt Snow and was absolutely thrilled to walk out with a shiny new snowboard. Nate was super helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was looking for and came up with what turned out to be the perfect recommendation (Lib Tech Cold Brew). He set up the board for me and had me back on the mountain in no time. I highly recommend Equipe...you won't be disappointed!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nate assisted me with fixing a ski rack on my van just because he was being a good person. No charge for his help. Of course I went inside and perused all the products they had and bought myself a pair of super feet insoles. A well stocked, furnished, and staffed store. And for me today, very welcome.

My friend and I had a very successful time buying skis and boots here. We are both life-long skiiers and Josh was great at helping us demo the right equipment. He answered all of our many questions, and we ended up very happy with our picks. Highly recommend to anyone at any level looking to rent or purchase gear - you're in great hands.

Professional service and expertise by Nate and his staff while helping me select a reasonable price Ski boot. Nate, fitted me with the best boot for my needs and pockets:). Plus, he tuned my ski’s and adjusted my bindings for no added cost. I went back after skiing and had the boots heat molded to my feet free of charge for added comfort recommended by Nate..

Came in looking to buy skis and boots. Josh spent a lot of time working with me over the weekend to answer questions and help me make my decision, including quickly readjusting my boots and setting up my skis 2 hours before I needed to head out of town. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy gear!

So was here 2 weeks ago and having an issue with one of my bindings that kept releasing (my skis not rentals). Awesome folks here took a look and fixed them, free of charge, in about 5 mins. Great experience from the moment i walked in the door- from the friendly lady behind the counter to the gent that fixed my ski bindings. turned a frustrating day into a bluebird one. thank you- you will be the first spot we got to for. equipment!

They were very friendly and easy going. Knowledgeable about snowboards they are very passionate about their work and it shows. Great selection of boots, boards and riding gear they will set you up nicely with what will fit you style and comfort.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing anything and they had my best interest in mind. Also, a lot more reasonably priced than the shops on the mountain.

I’m not sure if DJ is the best hot wax & tune in the area but he’a gotta be up there. Walk-in, go downstairs, ask for DJ and he’ll hook you up. I usually wax & tune myself and this is the happiest I’ve been with someone else. He’s also thinking about installing a hot tub at his crib, so grab a 12 pack before you roll in.

Helpful staff and a great selection of snowboards, ski's, bikes and other cool toys! They have always outfitted us well.

I had not visited this location before as we have our own equipment but ended up renting from here! Very Friendly staff and clean store would definitely recommend!
