What can I say other than Rita is awesome. That goes for the whole company as well. Anytime I have a question and call it’s always answered or followed up properly. Also every year when it comes time to send out certificate holder, Certificates. I never once had to call and Remind Rita to send them out. Keep up the great work.

From the start of the quoting process, any issues, questions and/or concerns are immediately address or answered. They were also very educational as this was my first renewal process, with multiple agencies calling to offer quotes. Also, having an ally when dealing with claims, other than the adjustors directly has been great.

I started working with Bob ,Gregg and Megan from Reed, Wertz and Roadman back in 2012 and I am so happy that they found me. The customer service is awesome. They promise the best insurance rates and they keep their word. This company has bent over backward to make me happy and I'm not the easiest guy to deal with. In regards to the personal attention I received from both "Dana and Donna", when I was in need of looking for my own personal car insurance, these "Girl's" were very helpful !
