I am using my wife’s account to post this ( I don’t have one ). I purchased an E bike from jimmy’s a week ago. I can’t say enough about how much I like the bike, as well the experience I had there with Jim and an other employee. I just bought a Cannondale bike at Fat Jimmy's this past week and had an outstanding experience. I originally went in for a bike fitting, and after talking with the staff, they determined a fitting wasn't necessary. However, they still spent about two hours helping me to figure out the best bike for me and my goals. They even brought the bike that I purchased in from their other store in Johnstown so I wouldn't have to travel farther to get it. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they explain everything super clearly. I will definitely be going back to Fat Jimmy's for all my future biking needs!

Received excellent service this past weekend. The gentleman was able to answer all my questions while also assisting other customers with set-ups for their new bikes. Even though busy and by himself, he still took the time to work with my daughter to make sure her bike fit correctly. It was a great buying experience, absolutely no buyers remorse after leaving the store.

Cannot speak highly enough about this shop. Got a great deal on a used bike yesterday and rented two more to ride around town while on a trip here. Brought the bike back the following day and they helped us take apart and pack the bike in a way that it wouldn’t get damaged and we could check on our flight home. No charge for the disassembly and helped us with a. free box to put it in for our flight.

The bikes we rented were better than any bike I’ve owned previously and at a great price too. Thanks for everything!

Bought a Cannondale Scalpel from Fat Jimmy's without test riding it. I called the store and they were super knowledgeable and helpful with fit and riding questions I had. The bike was shipped to me quickly and came well packed and ready to go. Their follow-up and customer service has been great. I would highly recommend this store.

This place is THE bike shop to go to! Owner and employees are knowledgeable and friendly! They won't just sell you something to sell you something. They want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase and your experience there.
