UPMC New Paris Clinic

Like a well maintained clock! I am very happy with my care from Dr. Shoenthal. He is friendly, professional, AND knowledgeable. I have been a patient for about a year and would recommend this health clinic to anyone. I'm able to get an appointment easily and not have to sit & wait to see the doctor for long periods. This facility is full of folks that are courteously efficient. So pleased with my choice to go there.

The Dr's and nurses there are knowledgeable and caring.

Since my doctor retired, been disappointed! Rude receptionist answer phones, ppl don’t call back or update you. Have to call when prescriptionS aren’t going through! And the latest… I had a doctor tell me to exercise more bc pre diabetes…like did you read my chart? In-between fibromyalgia, arthritis, thyroid and pcos? I’ll get right ion that! Wish my old doctor was there ! Not once in 12 yrs did he ever say that to me!!! Probably going to change doctors.

They are very rude on the phone and as for care they have been incredibly disrespectful going so far as to lie to me and deny that my back pain is an issue or my migraines and even argue with my mri that being said my experience with shoenthal himself has been very good but not with Amy clevenger she is rude and the staff is rude af even going so far as to lie to me over the phone I will never go back if I could do less than a star I would
