Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came in for help and a replacement part. I needed an oven ignition for a gas stove. I bought a cheap one on Amazon and it failed within three months of use. Came in and got a quality replacement — and it was even modestly adjusted to identically replace the old one. A good visit. I’ll be back.

I would give Martin's 6 stars, if possible! Absolutely, the only place I'll ever purchase an appliance from. I'm in the service business myself, and I have high expectations...the team at Martin's always exceeds them! From sales, to service, to delivery...no appliance dealer is even close!

Mike is a good sales person. He spent a lot of time with us in the store explaining the appliances. He always had time to talk on the phone if we had further questions. And he went above & beyond to replace our refrigerator when it turned out to be an improper fit in our kitchen. We highly recommend Mike!
Bill & Markel were prompt, thorough, & very respectful in our home. They answered any questions we had.

This was without a doubt, the MOST non-stressful and downright enjoyable appliance purchase of my life! I basically picked out what I was interested in on-line, but wanted further input and to see them in store. Courtney was very kind & knowledgeable. I was purchasing 3 appliances, (microwave had died, the new one was available for pick up in one day!!). I had the fridge & dishwasher delivered (we did our own installation); they came exactly as Courtney scheduled in less than a week!
I have only had my appliances a few days, but I love them & will NEVER buy appliances anywhere else.

We went to Martins in Altoona to buy a dishwasher. Mike the salesman was knowledgeable took a lot of time with us. We were happy to find a great quality dishwasher. Martins delivered it and installed it. The technicians were great and Martins employees. We bought a 5 year service agreement with the dishwasher. I was so happy to know that Martins send their own trained employees to service their appliances. Many times stores get independent repair persons to do this work. Very happy with all of Martins staff. It was a great experience from their door to ours.

The people that work here are friendly and helpful. A shout out to Rebecca who helped us with our washer and dryer purchase thank you.

Martin Appliance Altoona is the best! We had a wonderful sales experience with Courtney who is very knowledgeable on all the appliances. We purchased a Bosch refrigerator, range and dishwasher, as well as a Sharp Microwave and XO beverage fridge. Grant and Noah did the install, and everything went well. We are so pleased we are spreading the word about Martin’s!

The staff at Martin’s appliance in Altoona were attentive, kind and thorough. They got the dryer that I wanted within 24 hours and delivered it plus my washer the day it arrived. The installers did a great job, were friendly and worked fast. I recommend Martin’s very, very highly.

Professional, timely, and honest. Both times they (Ryan) came to my house - for two different appliances - we expressed that we were fully prepared to buy new appliances as we doubted each could be fixed. And both times they serviced the appliance and didn't try to sell us on an unneeded new appliance. The second time, when my refrigerator stopped working, I called at about 8am and had a guy (Ryan) here by 1pm. Rates are reasonable and service is exceptional. He also gave us great guidance about brands and models that would meet our needs should that time come. Highly recommended.

AGAIN Martin's Appliance comes through for me. This time my freezer was thawing my food. Their repairman came promptly and fixed my problem. They are so kind and friendly also. I will never buy and appliance anywhere else.
