Jethro's

Our first visit but definitely not our last! The service is Excellent~Thank You Ed😇i wish we had taking a photo of the long strips of lightly breaded, fried zucchini strips w/ a side of marinara, my gosh they were incredibly delicious! Salmon Primavera is out of this world! Salmon cooked to Perfection, so incredibly tender bursting with flavor served over pasta with perfectly cooked broccoli, cauliflower & carrots topped off with a light cream alfredo topping
The atmosphere is very comfortable, scenery is beautiful, Service is the best!
A large selection of deserts to choose from however I had no more room so chose to bring carrot cake and peanut butter pie home

Me and my friend came here, and the food was worth the 70-mile drive by far. We came to explore altoona and were not disappointed. The meal was great, but the real gem was our server Jamie, who made the entire meal worth it. The service and conversation made the food better!!!!The bread was amazing to start. The rib fingers are fantastic. The soup had great flavor and texture. I had the ribs and shrimp with both types of fries, and i am not dissappinted in the least. The sauce is perfect and cooked to perfection. My friend had the pasta platter, and it was divine. i can not recommend enough

Our first visit here will not be our last! The rib fingers and BBQ chicken were standouts, but everything was delicious. The service was amazing and our waiter had an excellent sense of humor. Can't wait to come back!

We took our son Jethro to Jethro’s and he was a celebrity! My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our visit with friendly staff, delicious food and an all around fun, great experience. We found our new family tradition when traveling to MD :)

You can't beat the food, service and views at Jethros. We always sit outside and it's an amazing experience everytime. The ribs and chicken were falling off the bone, the fried zuchinni was light and crispy, and the asparagus was perfectly done! Definitely recommend.

Chicken Marcella was great. Fried zucchini with three sauces and huge beverage glasses. Friday night and the service was fine.

My family recently got to visit Jethro's and I wish I could give more stars for the service the food and the atmosphere!!! We stayed at a hotel in Altoona for Comic-Con convention in hidden valley. We are looking forward to Altoona's Comic-Con ,so we can have the opportunity to go back to Jethro's and enjoy another evening of great food and awesome service!!!

Food was excellent! The place was very clean and the decoration rustic in a positive way. Staff was cheerful and friendly. I’m Italian and hardly ever order Italian food (except pizza) at restaurants. I can say that the food was fresh, delicious, and the meatballs were perfectly homemade. We have passed by this place many times when we have visited on business and finally decided to look it up and check it out. I’m glad we did. We will surely stop again when in the area.

Penne dish with shrimp was great. Shrimp was grilled to perfection. Penne had just the right bite. If you’re not a fan of balsamic, order without. The dish holds up!

Short wait. Very casual, nice menu, good coffee.

This is the first time we went there and we loved the food. The service was stellar.

However, the Karen at the next table with her husband and friends that was making fun of the waiter, tried to modify everything on the menu, wanted to be treated like she was the only person there and was annoyed that my eleven month old son was squealing and laughing during HER dinner left little to be desired.

We will return.

Hopefully she and her husband will stay home, make their own food and stop making the staff’s life miserable with their antics. Seriously, life is hard enough in food service, there’s no need for customer entitlement.

Was looking for a local favorite and found it.Great beers on tap. Had a steak salad and my client had a chicken/pasta dish that was amazing.Great dining experience. Our server Ed gets an A+

Hadn't been here in years. We've recently been there twice in a month. Food is good. If weather permits, the patio has great views. Will be going back!

I really enjoyed the chicken parm and the peanut butter crème pie was amazing! Lots of outdoor seating with a nice view of the golf course. The bread service is a lovely touch as well. Everyone was friendly and did a great job on refilling drinks as needed.

The salmon was divine, and the asparagus cooked to perfection! We had our meal on the outdoor deck. We will b back 😁

Great spot, amazing food, the portions are insane. The ribs are every bit as good as they say - the BBQ chicken is also excellent. Try the pepperoni bread, the large is bigger than you might expect.

Fun atmosphere, great views, you'll love it.
