Chris and his team are incredibly professional and patient. I was particularly grateful for the level of communication. My car is running great after a major repair. It's not cheap to maintain a European car, but it's worth the cost when you can trust that the work has been done correctly.

I took my Bmw 335xi to Chris at EMC by tow truck with no idea what the problem was. Himself & Jaden quickly diagnosed what my issues were and throughly inspected damages to know if it makes sense to even spend the money.

My timing chain had jumped which this normally destroys the valves in the motor;
After some tests Chris confidently told me it would run again.
He assured me their work would be top notch and boy they delivered! Along with that, I had a transmission service & solenoids, spark plugs, pulleys, and whatever they suggested I trusted them along the way.

I took my Mercedes to EMC and Chris was wonderful to deal with. He even called Mercedes himself because he realized my car was under a part recall. He could of not bothered and charged me for him to fix it. He did the necessary services to my car that it so badly needed. He called with updates and any questions and my car was finished really quickly! I will definitely be taking my car to European motor car from now on with any service it needs. Oh and thank goodness he figured out my terrible creaking door and got it all fixed up as well! Thank you so much Chris!

Had my fuel pump system and battery replaced and the prices were reasonable under the circumstances. I drove my car away and it started acting crazy with lights and the speedometer. I took it to scan and it looks like another part may have went out, the transmission fluid, filter and conductor plate. Chris took time out of his day and went out of his way to meet me at the auto parts store to look at the car and give the best diagnosis he could. That means a lot to me and says a lot about them as a business and Chris as a person. If I can figure things out, I'll bring the car back and I'd be happy to have them work on it again. Thems the breaks with an older, higher mileage European car. Thanks Chris, I'll be in touch.
Update: turns out it was the ABS module causing issues, and we couldn't find the part. I'm not changing my review, my second experience was just as good. Chris let me keep the car there for awhile and diagnosed the issue and fixed the fuel gauge for free. Although it's not fixed, Chris and his business are still awesome and very honest and helpful and hardworking

Took my BMW in to European Autocare for an oil leak. Was upfront about cost and time frame. They did an excellent job on my repair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a European car serviced or repaired.

It's never good when your car has issues and your from out of town. My Volvo XC 90 needed assistance. Luckily, I had a partner in European Motorcars (Chris) and they were insightful, communicative, and honest through the process despite the long distance. I can't say enough about the integrity of the business as they did everything they could to get my car going again. Trust them to get your work done.

Quality work and great staff. They know the extra care it takes to work on premium import vehicles. Small errors leave big issues and with EMC you have none of that to worry about. They won't rip you off or do unnecessary work. They are the best around.

Very nice shop to work with for foreign cars. Chris is very friendly and seems to be the most thorough mechanic around for anything foreign. Had my bmw 650i xdrive in for service here a couple times. Great place 👍

Chris and the staff did a great job. Very responsive from the first call, to parts ordering and updates throughout. Had answers for all of my questions as well. Will definitely continue to have our vehicle serviced at European Motorcars.

Easy 5 stars. Chris and the crew at EMC know a LOT about European cars, way more than the dealerships Ive worked with, and they charge a lot less to fix your car! He is helping me restore/rebuild a classic 80s German car with TONS of known issues and weird designs, and they've figured it all out without issue. Id trust them with any year or make, not just a European car.
