Dean Patterson Chevrolet Service

I just had Dean Patterson install new tires and do an annual state inspection for my MX5. I was one of the first to purchase the vehicle when the RF was released. It had an 02 inspection sticker Since I took delivery in the month of February from another dealership. With our harsh winter I’m usually not driving the car until late April early May when the stones are gone. I asked the other dealer to change the sticker to a later month twice already. This time I forgot to ask and was so happy to see the team at Dean Patterson changed the inspection from February to May without me even asking them! Plus, they got me a great price on new tires, which can be rather expensive for this car. In total, I saved more than $300 from the price I was quoted elsewhere. On top of it all, they gave me a new 2020 Mazda to drive while the work was being performed, since they needed to order the tires. I’ve purchased cars from many other dealerships and never received this level of customer service. I will definitely be back with more business in the future. A+

When busy, they have good customer service, however, they leave out CRITICAL information. This service center did not tell me my car failed inspection. I was halfway home before realizing they did not put a new sticker on my car. I turned back around to talk to them. They told me it failed because I had a “hole in my flooring of my car.” I was sent on a scavenger hunt looking for a proper welder/body shop to fix this apparent “hole” that they did not even show me before leaving their shop. I went to a body repair mechanic who repaired some curb damage I had, but he insisted there was NO HOLE. I should SUE this place for FRAUD and for causing me to have unnecessary cosmetic work done to my vehicle. I will never be coming back to this place, and neither should you.

The experience of purchasing a car at Dean Patterson after the deal was over it was horrible very unprofessional!
