The Bistro At The Village Green

The food is always delicious. The wait for this visit was extended, but the servers did a wonderful job of making sure everyone was attended to. Definitely suggest making a reservation before hand. The wait wasn't all bad. It gave us time to chat with each other without feeling like we were being rushed.

I've been to The Bistro several times this summer and have had a wonderful experience each time. The food and service are outstanding, and the value is EXCEPTIONAL. My wife and I especially enjoy their unique appetizers. We've also used their takeout service, which is convenient. Highly recommend!

Excellent food, excellent staff, excellent atmosphere! While their menu isn't big, The Bistro makes up for it in quality (and price I might add). There may not be a steak meal on the dinner menu, but the Turkey Dinner and Roasted Red Pepper Fettuccine can certainly give any steak meal it's run for the money! The portions are generous and the food is very good. The chef even checked up on us to see how our meals were (that usually only happens at super fancy restaurants).

Dessert was excellent too! My wife and I both had the mint chocolate cake. YUM! The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant is very nice, tidy, and quiet. The music can get a bit loud at times, but my guess is you could tell them to turn it down a bit if it really bothered you.

The price for 2 dinners, 2 desserts and 2 hot beverages was $50 (that includes tip). I thought that was very reasonable for a restaurant like this. If you're looking for a good date, or group dinner place in The Cove, go to The Bistro! You won't be disappointed. It's BYOB so you'll need to bring a bottle of your favorite wine if you fancy an alcoholic beverage with your meal.

We just stumbled upon this place on our visit to Martinsburg. Beautiful atmosphere. We had the Berry & Nut wrap with grilled chicken. It was fantastic. Our waitress was wonderful. Definitely going back and taking family & friends along.

I was at the Bistro for breakfast with women from church on a Saturday morning. I think we were the only ones there, but I have no idea why. It was wonderful! The staff were very professional and friendly, and we were treated very well. The food was great, and the table was set beautifully! My biggest surprise was the bill. For a full breakfast with coffee (I could not eat it all - yummy, but too much), it was only around ten dollars. I will definitely go back sometime when I am off work on a Sat. morning!

A great "hidden gem" of the Cove. Great food, decent prices, nice decor. This place is a peaceful respite from all the modern, noise-filled restaurants. They also have patio dining in the summer and banquet facilities available year-round.

We have been here many times. Sometimes the service is a little slow but the food is always great. If you are tired of the noisy restaurants where you can't hear your spouse talk, try this place. Very quiet atmosphere. Almost never a wait to sit down.

The bistro is every nice. The food is always good. My family has parties here and they do a fabulous job working with everyone's needs. I would not take my small child here to eat.. unless it was a party.

one of the more upscale restaurants in this area that is upscale without the upscale prices, incredibly friendly staff, very attentive staff and EXCELLENT food. the only downside is their hours they are not open on certain days
